This was a good property to stay in. Our first time visiting the island. Great bay front. Some of the stuff is out dated. Overall, me and my family had a awesome time. It has enough space to accommodate 8 people easy. Rooms had a lot of space. The porch needs to be updated. My son cut his foot on a nail going to the bay. The dish network goes in and out. But the stay was great. Everyone was nice. I would stay again in the future. But some of the things that need to fixed is the big tub up stairs is coming apart. But if you can deal with the little flaws it would be a great place to stay.

Great location !

Great house with lots of space . Loved that it’s sound side and my kids spent many hours fishing out there. Would stay here again !

Beach house

We loved this property! Management was very quick to respond to any questions or assistance that we needed. Everyone was very friendly and the house was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Vacation

The property was clean and easy to find. We had plenty of room for 8 adults and didn’t feel crowded. Loved sitting on the deck relaxing and watching the ocean.

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room. The location was amazing. We loved just walking off the back deck to the beach. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back in a few months.

Stunning location.

From check-in until we left, this was a dream rental. Well supplied kitchen, comfortable furniture, CLEAN! Loves everything about this house and plan to return Thank you for a wonderful holiday!!

Good location and plenty of room.

Overall it was a good trip. The property needed some minor maintenance. New batteries in tv remote, cabinets had missing door knobs, etc.

Great time!

We had a great time. This house slept all 7 of us comfortably and the commons areas are spacious and comfortable. Dauphin Island is a fun, laid back, beach experience. The bayside waters were calm and warm and the west end beach is just a couple of minutes away. We’ll be back!

Nice Get Away

The house and room sizes were nice. We needed a little more seating in the living room, but we just brought in chairs from the dinning room. We enjoyed the views from both decks. Overall we had a nice vacation on the island.

Good place to stay.

The only thing I would fix is to have staff to make coffee. Because if you are coming in late and have not went to the store yet. maybe some little big pan. It's was a very beautiful quiet and roomy. I will rent it again.

We did have some unavoidable issues but Island Resort Management was on top of the situation and took car of problem.

Love the Island

Loved the location. The home was perfect for our group. We loved the peaceful setting.

We so enjoyed it. Windows need replacing. The upstairs master bath is very rotten around the inside trim. A lift on the outside for luggage, etc would be wonderful. We would come back.

Perfect beach vacation

We had 9 people in our group, 6 adults and 3 teens. The house fit us all very comfortably. The beach was right out the back door! I found more shells and beach glass on our section of beach than I did anywhere else we looked. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The only issues we had were that there were no spices or anything for cooking, not even salt and pepper, but that's not a big deal, just something to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful, Relaxing Getaway

Reviewer Comments: Dauphin Island is the perfect getaway beach destination, especially for adults and families who don't need entertainment other than the beach itself. The island doesn't have any of the tourist traps offered up at Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, which is where we've previously vacationed. And no traffic, at least in the off-season.
