Your Island Getaway Within Walking Distance To The Gulf

This charming family beach house is new to the market and just a short walk to the beach. The Caddy Shack is recently updated and features 3 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths with a spacious outdoor privacy shower. There is a fenced in yard making it perfect for your furry friend. The large wrap around deck is perfect for relaxing any time of day. This beach home will comfortably sleep 6 and has views of both the gulf and bay. With tv’s in every room and WiFi, it’s a perfect spot to unwind and relax inside or out. For the fisherman, we have a sturdy fish cleaning station with attached spray hose. ***We are dog friendly w/an additional non-refundable $75 pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning***limit of 2 dogs***

We are utilizing extra sanitizing measures as required by VRBO (which follow CDC guidelines) during corona to insure your stay is as safe as possible. As a result we will no longer be able to accept early arrivals under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding~~~

Very clean and well appointed beach house with a great owner. Super convenient to all of Dauphin Island and located centrally for ease of access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. we loved our stay at the Caddy Shack and look forward to returning.

Caddy Shack Home Away From Home

Welcomed by owner & showed us around. So cute & well seaside appointed. Plenty of supplies in bathrooms & kitchen & very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer & look forward to hopefully returning.1

Great week at the beach!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was within walking distance of the beach and a nice quiet street. The house had everything we needed for some good family time !

Another great stay at the Caddy Shack

We had another amazing stay at The Caddy Shack - even though Mother Nature wanted to make sure we saw all her fireworks and winds with big storms until Sunday. As always, the house was inviting and the perfect location across the street from the beach. We loved having our teenagers and our fur babies on Dauphin Island for the end of 2024.

Dauphin Island getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Caddy shack on Dauphin Island. It is a great location close to the canal, beach and restaurants. The hosts were great and the cottage had everything we needed. Great memories made:)

Great, quiet vacation!

Such a great time at this spot. We normally go for the more popular PCB but were impressed with this place. Property was within an easy walking distance to beach and only a 3 min drive to a park to drop our kayaks in.

Wonderful Pet Friendly House

Wonderful family vacation

We loved our stay on Dauphin Island. It was a first time visiting and the people on the Island are so friendly. The home is located close to everything that we wanted to do. A short walk to the beach. We enjoyed walking our dogs in the neighborhood during the evenings. We would love to visit again.

Clean, Stocked, & Great Location

We’ve visited the island for years and stayed in lots of homes. This one was by far the most well stocked and cleanest! Owners were very attentive and the location/price can’t be beat!

Perfect Location and Size

Our family of four had a wonderful week together! The beach was convenient and beautiful. The place was very clean, comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space. Our hosts were very attentive and accommodating. Great trip!

Charming home close to beach

This home is full of little touches that make staying here extraordinary. From the guest book, an island guide book, downstairs out door shower, plenty of games and books for those rainy mornings, this place has something to keep you happy when you’re not on the beach!

Relaxing

This was our 8th trip to the island. We enjoyed the easy living in this cozy house. My family of four found this house clean, cozy, and well equipped. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the view of the bayside.

Clean and comfortable (and cute!)

The property is managed by the owners, who are quick to respond to questions. The house is so clean and uncluttered, with super cute beach decor. It’s a great stay with little kids. Everything worked as it should. If you forget something, the house probably has it. We really enjoyed our stay!

relaxing stay right off the beach

Cute, clean house. Plenty of room! Great bed linens and a wonderful experience for our pup Millie! Small fenced in enclosure for her while we were away. Outside shower was the best!

Cozy cottage on the beach

Just like grandma’s house, is how I would describe our stay in Caroline’s house. From the memorable little kid, Mickey Mouse plates that I used to have for my own children (that my own mother has in her house), right down to the softest sheets and comforters. The views were beautiful. The house was comfortable. A perfect stay for our family vacation.

Girls Weekend
