I highly recommend staying at this courtyard villa. Arthur was very responsive during the rental process. The home was very well stocked, had a wonderful back yard for our dogs, and the golf cart was very enjoyable to travel the villages. We will most definitely be back again.

Great location, fenced in back yard was great with our dog. Owner was quick answering any questions we had. House was clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely book it again.

The house is very clean, well maintained and stocked with all necessary supplies and then some! It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Obtaining an activity pass costs 50. We found it wasn’t necessary for our short visit.

Would like to have a 2nd TV in the master bedroom and a possible doggie door since it is promoted on pet friendly.
