This home is SPECTACULAR!! You won’t be disappointed. If you are looking for the very best of what Sedona has to offer then look no further. This is it!! I’d give 6 Stars if we could!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property is breathtaking, and the surrounding mountain views are absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly comfortable and the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in the peaceful scenery.Our host was amazing—friendly, attentive, and always responded immediately whenever we had a question. The communication throughout our stay made everything easy and stress-free.We enjoyed the property so much that we were perfectly happy spending most of our time there without feeling the need to go anywhere else. Sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful mountain views was one of our favorite parts of the trip.This was truly one of our favorite VRBO stays, and we will definitely be booking this property again. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with stunning scenery and an exceptional host!

Extremely disappointing experience. The host canceled our reservation literally 20 minutes before check-in, leaving our group scrambling to find another place to stay at the absolute last minute.We had traveled to Sedona for a golf trip and had everything planned around this house. Canceling that close to check-in put us in a terrible position and created a tremendous amount of unnecessary stress and inconvenience.Regardless of the reason, guests should be able to rely on a confirmed reservation—especially when they are already in town and minutes away from checking in. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I could not recommend booking this property if reliability is important to your trip.

Lovely stay. Unable to locate coffee pods. One concern we had was the area rugs lift at the corners, potential trip hazard. Minimal lighting by the hot tub. The dishwasher soap dispenser did not close. We did run the dishwasher. Otherwise our stay was wonderful. Beautiful location , close proximity to everything. Thank you so much!

Hi all,I can’t say enough about how stunning this home is—it’s truly spectacular. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like stepping into our own private retreat. The space is beautifully designed, bright, and incredibly inviting, with a layout that gives everyone room to relax while still feeling connected. It has that perfect balance of luxury and comfort that makes you feel right at home.Every detail adds to the experience. The modern design is gorgeous, and the amenities are impressive. Even though it was just my BFF and me, we had so much fun enjoying everything—from the fully equipped arcade area to the spacious living areas that made it easy to unwind. The separate casita feels like a second home, complete with its own bedrooms, kitchen, and living space.The outdoor area is just as incredible. Between the hot tub, firepit, and peaceful surroundings, it’s the perfect place to relax and take everything in.What truly elevated our stay was the host. Grant was incredibly kind and responsive—always quick to reply and genuinely helpful with any questions. His communication made everything seamless and added to the overall comfort of our stay.Overall, this was an unforgettable experience. It truly felt like a home away from home, and when we return to Sedona, this will be the first place we look to book again.Highly recommend!Best,Jay, Michelle, and “George”
