The Good and the Bad.

The Good - Condo was clean, well stocked with linens and towels. Nice quite neighborhood. Good location. The Bad - Garage/laundry area has strong smell of rodents. Numerous large droppings in plain sight on shelving and on floor.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed this home's location and apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. In summer 2020 we engaged a professional team to thoroughly eliminate all pests and have tightly sealed all entryways. We continue to utilize all recommended pest control measures. Nice place to kick back

We really liked the place. It is nicely situated in a quiet area in the foothills. All the furnishings are nice in a roomy place that only has one common garage wall with the neighbor. The beds and nice bedding, towels all were appreciated. We spent a lot of time on the private patio. The fully equipped kitchen had all we needed. The entry to the unit was easy. Our only dissapointment was the pool was not heated, but we found plenty else to do. This place worked out very well for us.
