Wonderful Saddlebrooke Sola...located within walking distance of Desertview!

This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Sola Saddlebrooke home was built in 2011. We recently updated the kitchen with new counters, fridge, microwave and induction stove. Just painted entire outside of the house and replaced grill.There are mountain views from all sides. There is absolutely nothing that you will need to bring with you...we have provided everything. The home is located directly behind the tennis courts by the Desert View Theater/ Fitness Center, but we have a lot of mature bushes, cactus and trees on the totally enclosed yard. You can walk through the back gate and arrive at the pool and hot tub without having to get in the car or golf cart.

Although this is a 55 and over retirement community, if at least one of you is 40, you are allowed to rent out this property. The property has two bedrooms so it can fit 4 but be aware that the community only allows 2 swipe cards (without extra charges) per household. This allows you to use the pools and fitness centers.

When you rent this home, you have access to all of the amenities including the tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness center, swimming pools, and golf courses (with normal green fees). If you arrive on a weekend, you will not be able to get your $ 5.00 swipe card (which allows you into the pools, hot tubes and fitness centers ) until Monday at 8:30. The Mountain view clubhouse is open Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 (also closed holidays).

We also include the use of a 2019 gas golf cart for your ease of going to pools, fitness centers, golfing, pickleball or just cruising the community

Sue was a great host she took the time to explain all the details and the property was so beautiful & scenic everywhere you turned! We saw a group of deer right outside the patio! The house itself was very clean, had everything handy & beautifully decorated, we also really loved the pool & hottub was within walking distance couldn't ask for more & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic Home and Location

Really lovely home with all the trimmings! We were so comfortable and received great instructions and info from Sue, that made the stay seamless. Back patio and yard were nicely appointed with amazing mountain views. Out the back gate and you are a few steps away from a Saddlebrooke clubhouse and lap pool! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful getaway!

This lovely home was beautiful and restful. Great patio and terrific Mountain views. Well-furnished and equipped; nice appliances. In short it was perfect. Hope to stay there again.

Saddlebrook

The property was very clean and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and provided good information for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of. There was nothing to do but enjoy our time in the Oro Valley area. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again anytime we are in the area!!!

Wonderful Stay

Very relaxing and comfortable home and neighborhood.We loved the patio and proximity to golf, pool and tennis. Everything we needed was included for comfort. Fully stocked kitchen as well as towels, linens etc. The owners are sweethearts and really pay attention to details.

We found thehouse to be much nicer than pictures.

This is a perfect home to bring your dog. Our Springer spaniel's tail hasn't stopped waging in the backyard. The location is perfect to the gym and tennis. We recommend to family and friends and would love to rent this next summer.

Lovely home; great location with views and amenities just around the corner!

This home is in the beautiful Saddlebrooke community; with mature desert landscaping and a great view of the Catalina mountains from the back yard. The home is very clean and comfortable; with nearly every item you will need available. There were just two of us, but this home can easily accommodate a family of 4; there are two full baths. We highly recommend staying here!

Just like home

Truly enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable and the house felt like home. The house was well appointed with comfortable sofas and bed. Kitchen had everything needed to make any type of meal for yourself or for the family. We really enjoyed riding around the community in the golf cart and going to the pool everyday. We will definitely be returning.

Great location in Saddlebrook 2

This is a wonderful and comfortable property located very Close to the tennis courts fitness center and lap pools you simply walk out the back gate to the facility. We both loved the reclining and very comfortable sofas and the large screen TV. Sue gives you the option to rent her golf cart which you can drive everywhere within Saddlebrook. I would not hesitate renting this home again.

Week stay

What a lovely home. Beautiful outdoor spaces and very comfortable. Indoor regional decorations. Everything was just lovely. Sue does a great job of communicating. All the features of the home. Easy to follow. Directions are available inside the home. Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood. Perfect sanctuary for our weekly activities.

Perfect desert getaway!

This home exceeded our expectations. Great location in Saddlebrooke. The house was clean and comfortable with an amazing outdoor living space. The home had everything we needed but our favorite thing was waking up every morning to the beautiful sunrise over the mountains from the living room window. We had a little glitch with the golf cart, but Sue was very helpful and came up with a solution quickly. If you stay here, definitely rent the golf car. It really adds so much to the Saddlebrooke experience!

Great location with mountain views

My wife and I rented this house for a week to check out the Saddlebrooke development in Oro Valley. The house was very comfortable and clean. My wife appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with basic cooking supplies including spices so it was easy to prepare dinner a few nights during our visit. Having the golf cart to drive around the community and go to the pool, fitness center, etc. was very helpful. But the best part fir me was sitting out on the back patio in the late afternoon, sipping a cold beverage while enjoying the beautiful view of the Catalina mountains. We had a wonderful time and Sue was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay.

Fabulous thirty day stay experience

We stayed for a full month and had a wonderful time! Sue and Gary are incredible to work with. The house was spotless, beautiful inside and out and made our stay one of our best ever. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with all the supplies you need without running to the store for them. The neighbors are incredible and made us feel like part of the neighborhood, not just visitors. Having the golf cart was terrific for running around and for playing golf very conveniently. The views from the house and the community are fantastic! We look forward to visiting Saddlebrooke and the house again as we look for a house to buy to join the community. This property comes with a 6 star rating. 5 doesn't do justice!

Great Private Home!

We stayed in this beautiful home the month of March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is like brand new with comfortable furnishings, beautifully decorated and a well stocked kitchen. This home has a great open floorplan and is very quiet and private. It's location is one of the best in the subdivision with a huge lot, very close to the Desert View fitness center, Olympic pool and indoor theater. It backs up to the tennis courts which were rarely used and gave you a sense of desert openness. We loved that we saw wildlife from both patios – a great horned owl visited a couple of times, cottontail rabbits, road runners and a large variety of birds. We were also fortunate to see a Gila monster waddling across the road on our way to another one of the great pool facilities in Saddlebrooke at The Reserve. And the views from this home are spectacular from both the front patio and the huge back yard. I highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to another visit.

Perfect place for us - The photos don't do it justice

My brother, our wives, and I stayed here during a visit with my parents in Saddlebrook. The place worked perfectly for us. First things first, this house is even nicer than the photos indicate. Everything seemed new and in great shape, and the house was extremely clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are split on either end of the house. The backyard is huge and comfortable, when it wasn't super hot out. The beds were among the most comfortable I've ever slept on. There is a clubhouse with a gym and a pool right behind the back fence. There was a snafu when the air conditioner went down (unlucky timing), but the owners were all over it and got it fixed quickly. Their communication with us could not have been better, and even the next door neighbor stopped us to make sure everything was fixed. As we were packing up to leave, we were talking about how we will probably reach back out to see if the house is available for future visits.

Great mountain views

Quiet relaxing stay in adult living community. My favorite thing about this house are the Mountain views. The home had everything needed for our stay, and the neighborhood included lots of amenities including golf, pickleball, tennis, etc.

Lovely, comfortable home

Very nice home with big rooms and comfy furniture, a great kitchen, nice laundry room, new appliances and everything you need for your stay. The front of the house has impressive landscaping and the back has plenty of outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the mountain views. The host was easy to work with and made check in and check out easy. Thank you for making our first VRBO experience stress free.

My husband taught Physical Education for 32 years. He coached Men's Volleyball and won 7 Wisconsin State Titles. He is now retired. I taught 6th, 7th and 8th grade science for 33 years, retiring in the spring of 2016. I have coached Volleyball (1 State Championship) and Golf (1 State Championship) for 33 years. I am loving retirement!!

We have almost a third on an acre, which is fully enclosed by block (making it safe for pups!). There is a gate in the back that you can walk though and be right at the pool and fitness center. Everyone who has stayed here love it!!
