This house is stunning and very very clean! It’s a great layout for a family of 5-6 people. It’s has two master suites and three gorgeous bathrooms. While we didn’t cook much the kitchen cookware, utensils etc were plenty. We are a short family but this would be a great rental for tall people as the refrigerator is pretty tall and a little stretch to the top shelf. The showers are large enough for taller people. My favorite aspect was the mud room is off to the side with its own door so you don’t drag sand in everywhere and there is an exterior shower. The back patio is super comfy for reading or just relaxing. Plenty of towels for beach and showers. The walk to the beach is less than 3 minutes. I have teenagers that don’t usually like to lift a finger and didn’t complain much about the walk. There are several beach chairs and two umbrellas. We left our boogie boards for the next family to use. Rent with confidence!

Gorgeous home in a fantastic location right off 30A just a short walk from the beach or to Seaside shopping and dining. Very cozy home with space for everyone. The pool area with fire pit and grill make for a relaxing evening after a day on the beach. The home was well stocked with beach towels , chairs and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and having a master downstairs and upstairs was a perfect fit for our family. The outdoor areas were charming with multiple porches and balconies on front and back of the home as well as on the 2nd level. TVs throughout the home. The soundproof walls made for peaceful sleeping and the rental property was great at communicating in a timely manner. They have 6 beach chairs that have backpack straps for easy transport to the beach. A beach umbrella and cart to haul towels make for easier walk to the beach - we brought our own corn hole set and floats for the pool . We also had a visitor in the back yard on the last night of a stay - a large raccoon. He was very calm and friendly and tried to “visit” with us as we were eating pizza by the fire pit - my family loved it but I headed for the house. Just mentioning this as there are trees in the back yard- so keep an eye out at night.
