2 Bedroom House - Clean And Cozy

After a fun day at the beach, shops, restaurants, or arcade, come home and relax! Enjoy the sunset views from the front steps, since this house is only the 2nd from the end of the dead end street. The kids enjoy running in marsh and collecting snails in the bay at the end of the street. And yet the beach and attractions are only 2 blocks away!

The house has a bright, sun-filled living room with cathedral ceilings, 4 skylights and ceiling fan. The kitchen and bath are clean and updated. This cozy house has 2 bedrooms: a kids bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds, and a parents bedroom with a full-size bed. There is a recently added loft that has two additional full sized mattresses.

This house is clean and in great condition. We use it ourselves when it is not rented. It has a window unit air-conditioner and year-round heat. There is off-street parking for 1 car.

This is a perfect rental for a family of 4 or 5. It is on a quiet, dead-end street. The neighbors are year-round owners and the street is quiet.

There is no housekeeping for this house. We spend 4 or 5 weeks in the summer at this house and expect our renters to respect the house and take care of it. Renters are responsible for sweeping and vacuuming the floors and wiping down the kitchen and bathroom. There are comforters and pillows for you to use, but you will need to bring your own linens.
