GREAT location! End of road, all bedrooms upstairs, plenty of room, bathroom large, but also downstairs when your hanging out on the comfy couches, full bath and laundry off kitchen, we walked to a show at the Casino Ballroom, and enjoyed the beach at the end of the road. Will return, thank you!

Can’t say enough about the host of this property was quick to respond to our needs and questions and very courteous! Our accommodation were great it was so close to everything beach, shopping, plenty of nearby dining spots too! The place was clean and neat and had everything we needed addressed a few minor things upon arrival host was quick to respond would definitely go back again! Thank you to our host once again!

We had a wonderful stay. House was very clean and all supplies present. Easy walk to the beach and boarwalk. Quiet evenings.Host responded very quickly to messages. Will definitely return .

We loved this place! The beach was very close to the house. The grill was a definite bonus as well as the beach items. Thank you for a wonderful family experience.

House is very clean and very nicely decorated. We had four adults and a dog and there was plenty of room. Nicely located as it’s a a short walk to the beach but also away from main road. The host was easy to communicate with and check-in was simple. Highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing week at Hampton Beach thanks to Ediola! We have stayed at many VRBOs over the years and have certain things we always bring "just in case" - they were all unnecessary here! Ample TP and paper towels, trash bags, hand soap and shower stuff. Even night lights in the hallway and bathrooms! Very quick and easy walk to the beach and boardwalk, with chairs, towels, a cooler and boogie boards provided! We cooked a few dinners in the kitchen, used the grill (gas included!), and there was ample dinnerware/stemware for 6 of us. The ONLY thing we would mention is there are no curtains in the 2 bunk rooms so our teenagers were less than pleased with the amount of sunshine coming through the blinds. Overall we had a great time, the house was perfect for us and we hope to visit again someday!

This is a lovely house in a good location. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It conveniently came with beach gear, two large bathrooms and a large capacity washer and dryer.

Celebrated my daughter’s sweet sixteen at the beach. This place was clean, comfortable and close to the beach. The owner was always available for any questions. Highly recommend!! Would stay at again with my family.

This is a great property a three minute walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The host supplies beach toys and whatnot, but we came during autumn for fall colors and atmosphere and the area did not disappoint. The host, Ediola, was wonderful with communication.Try the Flamingos Coffee Bar while you’re there. The coffee was great and sandwiches were fantastic!
View of the house. No neighbors in the back or on one side. :)
Sea memorial on the beach just steps away.

This house was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything you could need, and we really appreciated the plethora of towels! The location is great, super close to everything but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Our host was kind and quick to respond. Definitely our favorite Hampton stay yet!

Everything was fantastic. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway and the perfect distance to the start line of our favorite half marathon. With unseasonably warm weather, we were excited to see the beach supplies (towels and chairs) available for use ! Everything worked out great!

This was a great home close to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was a quiet location and a clean home. We enjoyed our brief stay and Ediola was wonderful in communicating before and during our stay. Perfect for a beach getaway!

We just had amazing week at Ediola seaside home. The house was immaculate and fit all our needs - the bedrooms were comfortable and having the 2 couches was great for our family of 6. Proximity to the beach and boardwalk was perfect distance. Parking was also great and easy. Seamless check in. Kitchen had all we needed as well.

This was the perfect sized beach house in the perfect location. The house itself was at the end of a little lane that empties onto Ocean Blvd, next to the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you might need for a beach visit. King Size master bed was super comfortable and the boys loved their bunk beds. Doggo was happy to be included in the vacation, and the house is also right next to the entrance to a large grassy area where doggo fetched and went to the bathroom. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
