We had an excellent stay at this condo. Was able to communicate with property management company very easily via text. No issues with the room. Code entry is a nice bonus. Rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Grocery delivery was easy. Washer and dryer worked great. One roll of paper towels, two dish washer detergents and two laundry detergents provided. Fridge/freezer and ice machine worked great. Nice shower pressure. Extra beach chairs was a nice plus. Easy and short walk to the beach.

We absolutely loved it!! The room was perfect for our little family. We loved the view and had great space for a family of 5. The resort was the best! VERY Short walk to beach. Perfect pool set up with one indoors when the kids had enough sun for the day! The elevators were fast and never waited long at all. Some special things we particularly were grateful for was the hand soap being regular dispenser soap and not a bar (if you have kids you know), the room was right by the elevators and trash chutes, so no long walk! Also the ice cream shop on the first floor! We will definitely book again at majestic sun!

4th of July stay

The condo was wonderful and clean. We weren’t in it much except to sleep or shower but we loved every bit of our stay.

Upon arrival, as soon as you opened the door to the condo, you were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a MUSSTY/ MOLDY smell. But with the notices that were posted, I chalked it up to the bug spraying that was ongoing. It did get somewhat better as the week progressed.Handicapped parking was the WORST, SIX (6) slots for TWO buildings, and NO Handicapped parking in the garage. PLUS, you had some people that would take the construction cones and putting them in parking slots close to the entryway and were not EVEN HANDICAPPED THEMSELVES. My wife and I have difficulty walking due to our disabilities (both are Veterans).

Great spot!

Great amenites! Great proximity to the beach and restaurants! King bed was super comfy! The cleanest floors I've ever had at a beach rental. Doesn't get much better than this!

Awesome time

Destin Family Vacation

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time vacationing in Destin, but it was our first time renting out at this condo, and it will definitely not be our last! My family and I were so impressed with how nice the facility/rooms were (we rented out 2 condos), nothing can beat that gorgeous ocean view right off our balcony (we saw dolphins one morning off the balcony!!) and you're literally an elevator ride and steps away from the beach! Highly recommend!!

The only negative is hat I was charged for a pool wristband that was missing upon arrival. Only $10 so not worth not recommending. Just make sure to verify items upon check in.

Dream vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a four night stay in Majestic Sun 1007B. The condo was perfect for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the view was fabulous! We drank coffee every morning and ate every meal on our balcony to take advantage of the beautiful scenery. Another great plus was the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided in the room for our use. We can't wait to come back to Majestic Sun and 1007B!

Beautiful View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. It was clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The only negative thing I have to say is there was some construction going on during our stay, which that didn't bother us. What did is they started working and making a lot of noise at 6:00 am. Way to early for people on vacation!!

Nice Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was really great. Mostly everything was in good shape and kept up. The bed is in need of a mattress replacement honestly. It is getting really worn down and uneven. It rolls toward the middle. Not good for folks that need back support. Everything else was good. The frig did leak some water in the front at the first day or so when we got there but after that,it stopped. All in all, nice place but that bed is important especially if guests are there a week or close to it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Majestic Sun & this condo. This was our 2nd time staying here. Unfortunately, the building was undergoing renovations during our entire stay.The condo itself was fine. However, being woken up at 8:00 AM every morning to the sound of sandblasting & it lasting all day is not my idea of a vacation. I strongly feel we should be reimbursed for part of our stay. We only get 1 family vacation a year and I feel like we were a little robbed of this one. If I had known this was going to be going on, we would have stayed somewhere else this time. It bothered me when I found out the renovations had been going on since August & our stay was the first week of October, but no one notified us until we were 2 hours away from Destin :( Additionally, the person we spoke with stated it was being repainted. Painting is quiet. They failed to mention the sandblasting of the floors that would be taking place right outside our room and on the floor above us. I just wish the rental company had been honest with us upfront when we booked the condo, so that we could have decided what to do before it interfered with our trip. Would love to stay here again, but a little disgruntled at the moment.

Another nice trip at Miramar/Majestic Sun

Early check-in by 2 hours!! This is a rare bonus (although this trip we were later than original 4pm check-in time but it was appreciated nonetheless). I have now stayed twice at Majestic. First time staying in building B. Bldg B has shops and easy exit to beach without walking through pool area. Elevators all worked in bld B. Parkiing is better in bldg A because you can park in 3 level that connects skywalk to elevators. Room by elevator and trash chute. This unit is smaller. Door is tricky to lock but once figured out it is easy (pull door handle when leaving cont. to hold and press lock 🔒). Vanities are too small in bathrooms. No room for makeup, hair stuff, not even straightener. Fan light combos in bathrooms and fans are not optional and are loud!! Couch is not big enough or comfortable. Fridge is loud. No water dispenser. Ice tastes weird. No room darkening drapes in living room and not made for or sized for window. Cheap extra furniture. Main bed is very nice and comfortable. Not much room in bedroom. Clean unit. No bugs. Tvs were on and set up. Perfect wi-fi. Perfect location. Good balcony without seeing into or into other balconies but could’ve had a lounge chair. No full length mirror. Good AC. No problems. Enjoyed stay. I would stay again if price was right.

Moderately satisfied

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the rental was very nice. Enjoyed the added touch of the hand soap in the bathrooms. And the view of the Ocean was wonderful. Did not care for the cheap plastic chairs on the patio. These are not what was pictured and we spent a lot of time out there and they are very uncomfortable. Also feel you can not say the condo sleeps 6 until the pull out couch mattress is replaced. It is like laying on metal springs with only a sheet over it. Not useable at all. That was disappointing. And the couch had a lot of stains on it. Lastly, I suggest providing information prior to one’s arrival regarding parking and that it is accessed through the Seaside gate entrance. This was unclear and confusing upon arrival as no directional information was provided and no sign for Majestic Sun.

The property was clean, however there was a little sand on the floor. The only other complaint is we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower in the main bedroom’s bathroom. So we had to use the one in the hallway. The view was awesome! I would rate it a 7 out of 10!

Majestic Sun 1007B
