Orange Beach, Al is tucked between Mobile, Al to the west and Pensacola, Fl to the east. Each are approximately a 1 hour drive. Lei Lani Condominiums is on the east side of Orange Beach. This property offers both ocean and bay front units. I have to offer a recently updated, bright and cheerful studio condo with all the amenities. As my guests you will find a new queen Murphy bed, a completely remodeled kitchen with granite and new appliances. Complete bathroom with tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer included in the unit for guest use. A great vacation spot close to all attractions.

Great week with my toes in the sand!

Enjoyed a great week at the beach. Property was great; as advertised. Communication was great. Loved the location and area. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

A couples getaway.

I have always stayed at different condos at the Lei Lani. This one was perfect for me and my husband. Very updated and clean. And the air conditioner worked well compared to others i have stayed in. The owner communicated right away if i had a question. It is a perfect location and a quite place if you are wanting to relax. The bed was comfortable. Had parking right underneath it. Has a nice size balcony to sit out and relax on. A short walk across to beach. Would come stay again

We really enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was just a quick walk across the street to the beach. Very clean and didn't disappoint would 10/10 recommend.

wonderful condo

Everything about our stay was great. Justin is a great host. There were a couple times we had to reach out to him, he answered our calls and texts very fast. I would definitely rent his condo again. Great location on the beach.

Perfect location.

Easy rental details. Property owner very accommodating and easy to contact. Great location with access to beach and 2 pools and ole river. Quiet with restaurants and shopping 10 mins drive.

Perfect short get away for the weekend.

Justin was a great host, property was located close to everything we was interested in. Very comfy bed and a brand new pull out couch. Very clean facility and multiple pools and beach to choose from. Will definitely 10/10 recommend and stay again!

Good location

First time renting from a place like this. I learned it’s best to take pictures of anything that is out of place or messed up as soon as you arrive unfortunately. It’s in a good location. Check in and out is easy. Parking was a tight squeeze for our vehicle. Beach was right across the road.

Dated but decent

Good location, but parking is difficult if you have a large vehicle. Overall it was a decent stay although the property seems a bit dated and could use some remodeling. I didn't realize the condo didn't actually have a bedroom. It has a bed that folds down frome the wall in the livingroom. Not bad if you're on a budget.

Cute little condo with all you need in a great location.

Easy to check in and out. No separate bedroom but can sleep four adults. Murphy bed has a great mattress but sleeper sofa mattress is not comfortable. Sleeper would be fine for small children. Overall great stay.

Cozy little condo

This condo was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and I. The space was just as described. Everything was clean and nicely kept. The Murphy bed was so comfy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. Kitchen utensils, pitchers, ice maker, etc… the only thing they didn’t have was a drink koozie. Luckily every souvenir store there sold them lol. The condos are part of a larger condo complex which is across the street. That’s where you walk to, to have private beach access. We were confused as first because the outdoor pool is at our complex but the indoor pool is across the street at the other complex. So just remember that. The only downfall was the air conditioner. We kept it above 68 like the owner suggested but it was still warm in room, BUT we didn’t contact the owner because it wasn’t that big of a deal. They provided a box fan in the closet so we just plugged that up and kept it on high. It provided more air that the actual air conditioner. All in all, great place to stay. Quiet. Cozy. Would definitely go back!

Graduation Getaway

Property is just as described. Great for a couple or small group of friends. Location is directly across the street from the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable. Parking is tight under the condo but there is extra parking if you have a larger vehicle. Would stay here again. Justin was a great host and made sure we had what we needed.

This place was perfect for what we needed. The pool area that faces the Bay was very nice. Justin (the owner) was very helpful and even made us aware of the upcoming weather conditions. We had a blast. Plan to rent this again in the future.

Did the job

The property was good for what we needed. A quick place to stay before our Condo was available and the rest of the family arrived. However, the space is quite small. It definitely would not be ideal for 4 of us for a week vacation. The pull out couch mattress was not comfortable at all. Luckily 2 kids slept on it, so it wasn’t a big deal. Pro: Justin answered all my answers immediately and was great to work with. The condo was clean and available earlier that expected. Cons: - you could hear every move the upstairs neighbors made. Sounded like they were stomping every time they moved - the parking is quite awful. I drive a van and it was impossible to fit in the spot with the fencing and the angle of the parking spot. Don’t even try it if you have a larger vehicle. The condos were super busy so unassigned parking was hard to guarantee if you had to leave. That’s truly my only reason for the 4 star rating.

Hi, my name is Justin Mayfield. I live about an hour away from where the condo is located but I grew up in Orange Beach. I enjoy the area, the activities, and the lifestyle that Orange Beach offers so much I find myself spending as much time as possible there. When the opportunity became available to own this little slice of life down here I jumped on it. I look forward to being able to share the same joys with you that I have enjoyed since I was young. Orange Beach is beautiful and relaxing community built around its fishing village heritage. You can enjoy whatever suits you. Most things are very accessible from this location. Previous guests are always reluctant to leave and typically return.

This property was chosen because of its location. It is right in the middle of everything. Gulf to the south, Ole River with bay access to the north and miles of beaches east and west. I myself am an avid boater and I love this location as its very convenient and affordable.
