Discover Coastal Comfort: Newly Renovated 400 sq. ft. Studio at Sugar Beach!

Indulge in the perfect retreat for two adults, or bring the family for a cozy stay for up to four. Our studio features an all NEW kitchen with modern appliances, including both drip and pod coffee options. Enjoy the ambiance of recessed lighting and brand-new 100% granite counters with a sink and faucet upgrade. The cabinets are all NEW, complemented by a new full-size washer and dryer.

Step into the bathroom with all NEW tub and shower, adorned with NEW ceramic tile walls and cabinets, sink, and faucets. The unit is entirely newly tiled, including the balcony. Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed for two adults and a luxurious wall-hugger futon (valued at $1400) with a 10-inch Tempurpedic-topped mattress, comfortably accommodating two additional guests. The futon doubles as a stylish sofa and is accompanied by two new wall-mounted flat-screen TVs—one in front of the bed for bedside viewing and a second 42-inch TV in front of the sofa/futon.

Both TVs come with DVD players, and FREE internet service is included, making this unit an excellent choice for an affordable vacation.

Sugar Beach, renowned as the friendliest condo on the beach, offers four swimming pools (including one kiddie pool), with one pool heated in the winter. Enjoy new decks with comfortable lounge chairs, beach-side restrooms/showers, and the poolside Sugar Shack Snack Bar. Charcoal BBQs are conveniently available beach-side.

Please note a $35 one-time parking charge for unlimited under-building parking (payable in cash or credit card upon arrival), although it's optional. Keep in mind that the closest free parking is a mile away.

The condo was easy to access and close to restaurants. Very easy beach access. However, it was very dirty and when I messaged the host I never heard back from them. I don’t think it had even been cleaned. We will not stay there again.

Nice, cleanly space. No ocean view from patio but easy access and a brief walk to beach. Plenty of pool access and was Very cozy and what we needed just for us 2. Thank you for allowing us to rent this space.

Very quiet place, hardly any noise here! Right on the beach. Everything you would need is provided. We were down for Bamarama and there are so many caches in the area, we could have stayed for a month. Definitely recommend.

While we loved orange beach this was by far the worst accommodations we have ever had. The condo was a dump. We will attach examples. We did our part: booked the property, paid the fees, drove 9 hrs only to arrive to a room that is crowded and dirty. 1.The internet didn’t work the entire time. The remote for the TV had dead batteries. 2.There was mold in the Keurig, dust on top of the Keurig. The kitchen towels were old stinky and crispy was not being washed properly. 3.There was not a smoke detector 4.Dust was everywhere. So much so that the bird canvas print behind the bed has layered dust.5.The shower tub floor is cracking and had old grime. the curtain had mold on it, the floor mat was old, and crispy with dirt.the door facing in the bathroom was busted and cracked.6.There were holes in the sheets. Who knows when the comforter was last washed? 7.I messaged the host a week before our arrival with a question and still they have not responded. 8.The view of the patio was misleading, it implied you have a view, instead the only view was to the condo tower next door. 9.The VRBO site says that updates on the WiFi will be posted on the fridge. They were not. 10.This condo is indeed old and outdated, but it has to be cleaned!! The host/owners/ manager persons are not being responsible to their duties.
