The hotel room is immaculate with plenty of space anscozy accents. It has lots of extras in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again when in Andrews.

The room was very cozy as promised; however, the shower didn't work great and the hot water ran out very quickly. Also had issues figuring out how to lock the door from the outside. Instructions for how to lock/unlock the door would have been very helpful.The outside lights are very bright so blackout curtains would not hurt but overall the room was exactly what was promised and worked perfectly for 1 night.

On the plus side, this was a CUTE, well-furnished and clean property, priced well and even had on-site laundry. It was comfortable and Andrews, NC is a cool little town. Could you please add black-out curtains? There was one issue about no instructions on how to lock the door from the exterior when we wanted to go to dinner, but (after struggling with Expedia, see below) I called the number on the sign and that representative was friendly, informed and had the answer immediately. She even offered to come over if we couldn't solve it, though we did. On the downside, all the communication before arrival (and seemingly after) had to go through Expedia, which was less than stellar. It was near impossible to get to a person, and when I did they said they had to then reach out to the host. This meant questions took forever for answers. For the doorlock question, once I finally found a phone number for Expedia (because this was time-sensitive) the Expedia Rep said he was only for questions from the host, not guests, said he'd transfer me, which went to a survey and then cut off the call. But this is Expedia, not the host or the property. 10 for the Host; 5 for Expedia. Hopefully they can figure out a way to be a better intermediary.
