We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo overlooking the Sabine bay. The beach is just a short walk across the street. Close to restaurants and the pier. The beds were very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

Enjoyed a nice stay at this condo. The owner was very attentive, and the condo was in great condition and recently remodeled. We would definitely return to this location.

Beautiful Bay View

I would absolutely stay here again. The host was super easy to communicate with and also very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The condo itself was very clean and stocked with everything you would have in your own home! I hope I can make it back to Pensacola and this condo again soon!

Everything is excellent except for the kitchen staff. Some dish, spoon and pan were not perfectly clean. We needed to check the cleanness. Maybe dish cleaner is not good.

Jim (owner) was very responsive and helpful with everything. The condo is very nice and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped… It even had a waffle maker which made my kids very happy! The view of bay was beautiful and gulf beach is directly across the street. The pics on VRBO does not show off how nice this place truly is.

Lovely place, great location

This condo is pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the view is beautiful. It overlooks Little Sabine Bay (I think that’s the right body of water) and is convenient to lots of things, though it is quiet at the same time. The bedrooms are comfortable and the toiletries in the bathrooms are a nice quality. The furniture in the living area is very nice and the decor is pretty. Our party consisted of two couples and we were all very happy with the accommodations. We would stay here again.

Sabine Yacht & Racquet Club

My wife and I had a wonderful 4 night stay stay. Jim our host was very accommodating !! I asked if the unit had a beach umbrella and Jim said no "but I'll get one". Furnishings were very comfortable and the location to the beach was ideal. We also enjoyed the on-property pool !! We will definitely be back !
