The property is just a short drive down Fort Pickens. The views are just as spectacular and are absolutely serene. You can see lights at night, instead of the darkness of the ocean.
Sabine is 0.9 miles from the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk for shopping and restaurants. Why not take advantage of the tennis courts or outside grilling/lounge area on the property while you’re there? There is also a boat launch! Put your sea vessel in the Bay and anchor or park your trailer, making this rental the best for all our Sea Captains!

Master (Gulf view): King AND Queen (2 beds), private bath with walk-in shower & access to the Gulf facing balcony!
Guest Bedroom 1: Bunk (queen bottom, twin top)
Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
*NOTE: Beds for 7. Max occupancy is 7.
***JULY 2025 the bunk beds will be removed and replaced with one king size bed.

Tennis Courts are rare on P'cola Beach....but this one has two courts and Basketball too. Bring your boat with you. Free parking for trailer and boat launch is right there. A boat slip at the dock is also available.
