Stewart Cottage Beautiful Beachfront 6 Bedroom/4 Bath Home. Accommodates 12

This home has 6BR/4Baths. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king bed and full bath. Downstairs has 2BR with 2 twin beds in each and 1BR with a full bed and bath with shower(no tub). There is also a main bath on this floor. Upstairs has 2BR with 2 twin beds in one bedroom, 1 king bed in the other and a main bath. There is also a sitting room upstairs with windows across the front for a beautiful view of the ocean.
Downstairs has an open living/dining/ kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven and refrigerator. All utensils and cookware provided.
Additional amenities include washer/dryer, cable TV, and WiFi. There is a private patio in the back and a charcoal grill is available.
Linens and bath towels are provided as well.
Beach chairs and beach towels are NOT provided.
There is no longer direct access to the beach from the house, but boardwalk access to the beach is a short walk away.
This home has been in our family for over 50 years. We like to refer to it as 'Our little piece of Heaven.' This is an older home and we are constantly trying to upgrade when we can. We feel it is competitively priced due to age of the home.
We offer monthly rates for Jan.- March. Rate is based on availability of at least 28 days.

Great price and great location. Very quiet and felt like we had a lot of privacy while also being super close to amenities. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived. Dedicated driveway that can accommodate multiple cars. Some of the rooms could use updates (chipped paint, old bathroom tile), but there was new flooring and new sliding windows and the furniture was in great shape. All in all, had a great time and would rent again if we had a large party visiting Jekyll.

This property appears to be a much loved family home. It is in an ideal location. The house itself could use some proper maintenance and new appliances, as do most homes that are 75 years old. The neighborhood is very peaceful and we enjoyed watching the deer browse around the yard.

Location! Location! Location! The location of this home is perfect! Our children had a blast, being able to roam freely in such a great space and have such immediate access to the beach. The house was the perfect size for our 3 families to stay together. Everything we could have needed was thought of and provided. I gave the rating a 4 because there were areas inside that really needed some tlc.

We loved the house! The location was perfect! The house was very clean…..nothing negative to say at all! We will definitely rent this property again! I have stayed on Jekyll many times but this is definitely my favorite rental!!

Spring Break Trip

Our family had a very nice time here. The house is comfortable, quiet, and in a great location with plenty of room for everyone. We rented bikes and enjoyed the beautiful island!

Our family (my family, my brother’s family and our parents) stayed at this location and it was perfect for us! We had plenty of space and everything was as described, if not better.

Cozy Jekyll Stay

We had a cozy and memorable stay in this charming home—it felt just like visiting a relative’s house for the summer. I stayed with my husband, our child, our parents, and my brother, and we all felt right at home. The beach is a short, easy walk away, and the area is quiet and peaceful day and night. We also loved the fun games available for rainy days. A perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway!

Had a great weekend and the house had everything you need. Just wish you could still walk right out on the beach but it's only like 150 steps and the boardwalk makes it easy. Would definitely recommend a stay here. 10 out of 10

Golf Trip

Everything about this property was as advertised. Plenty of room for sleeping and lounging. Great response tume to any questions asked. Will try and rent again next August.
