The space
You’ll adore the location, the comfort, the convenience of this beautiful 1150 Sq ft home. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms , brand new kitchen w/high end LG appliances, comfortable living room w/ 55 inches Samsung TV. The whole house has a new AC/Heater system and brand new european furniture.

As a Vacation VRBO rental home with two units - First Floor and Second Floor Apartments, they are potential to the noise (steps, loud voices, vacuum sound ,moving chairs and etc..) because are located in the same house. We have apartments/condos and private homes on VRBO platform for you to choose based on your comfort level.

We keep a lot of small design pieces in the house as green trees, pictures, vases, mirrors, glass and porcelain items. For family with kids, we strongly suggest to be careful and take them away from small kids and put it in the closet space to avoid breaking just like in your own home 🏡

It's located right in downtown Princeton walking distance from University, High School and Westminster Conservatory and 0.8 miles to Princeton Shopping Center ( Second Downtown of Princeton) where is McCaffrey's Supermarket, Cross Culture Ethnic Indian Cuisine, Schanghai Park Chinese Restaurant, Famous Nomad Pizza, Chopt Creative Salad, Dunkin Donuts, Free B Bus, and more…

WE HAVE PARKING FOR ONE CAR DURING THE YEAR IN THE BACK OF THE ALLEY EXCEPT WHEN IT’S SNOWING DAYS. WE DON’T PROVIDE THE PARKING UNTIL THE SNOW WILL COMPLETELY MELT AND THE GROUND IS DRY. PLEASE PARK YOUR CAR IN THE PUBLIC PARKING GARAGE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE AROUND THE CORNER.

Trash and recycling are located on the right side of the building and will be collected by our cleaning crew on schedule. our cleaning crew on the schedule. Please keep the recycling separate from garbage!
