Papakea E407 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as a washer/dryer, vaulted ceilings, and air-conditioning. Located on the fourth floor, this condo can accommodate up to 10 guests with a California King bed in the master bedroom bedroom, a California King bed in the second bedroom, two Twin beds and a Queen bed in the loft-style third bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. Pricing is based on 6 guests. A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.

On the main floor, retreat to the serene master bedroom with a California King-size bed. There is also a dedicated workspace and printer located in the master bedroom. The master ensuite bathroom is updated with granite countertops, bamboo cabinets, and a large walk-in shower with whale mosaic tile and a granite seat. Down the hall is the second bedroom which has a California King-size bed. The guest bathroom features granite counter tops, bamboo cabinets, and a walk-in shower with turtle mosaic tile work. Upstairs is the loft-style third bedroom with a two Twin-size beds and a Queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own split A/C unit and ceiling fan. Pack light and take advantage of the unit's washer and dryer for added convenience.

The open-concept living room features Hawaiian-theme furniture, mango wood tile flooring, and a large flat-screen TV. A split A/C and ceiling fans are equipped in the living room to help stay cool. This unit also includes a travel crib and a baby bouncer chair. Unwind and dine al fresco on the private lanai with a high bar dining table for 4. Take in the view of the Pacific Ocean and the lush gardens. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, bamboo cabinets, and full-size appliances. Ample counterspace makes meal prepping a breeze and provides additional seating for 4.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.

· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the E Bldg is slated for 9/10-9/21/2026. New dates for the E Building, as of 8/28, are 9/2-9/25/26. No work on 9/4-9/7 and 9/18-9/20/26. Traffic coating application is scheduled for 9/21-9/25/26. No ground floor walkway/front entry door access from 8am to 7pm.

· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.
