Family outing

Very clean and plenty of room for 9 adults and 2 children. Close to Blue Ridge and Blue Ridge lake for day trips.

Blue Ridge getaway

The property is great. Only thing I can find fault with is that it’s in a busy street. The owners have added a lot of little touches that added to our stay…

The great escape!

The property has a vast amount of fun activities for the young adults, while conveniently accommodating the ZEN factor for the ones who just want to relax! Close to shopping, hiking trails, the town of Helen, etc. we will be back!

Family Time

We had 12 people stay at the house, and it was absolutely perfect! The home itself was stunning—beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—so convenient and just minutes from everything we wanted to do. Everyone had a fantastic time, and our five grandchildren were in absolute heaven with the amazing game room and their own sleeping quarters complete with a built-in movie theater. We truly made wonderful memories here and can’t wait to return!

The Porch

Overall was very pleasant. Some of the games in the game room were in bad shape but the grandkids loved it. Wonderful set up and spacious for our family. Thank you!

Great mid point for Train Vacation

We stayed here to be at a good mid-point to travel to several train destinations. Chattanooga, TN, Bryson City, NC and of course Blue Ridge. Great scenery and shopping close by. Owner was super helpful and even fixed a simple issue quickly. Saw wildlife in the yard outside. Secluded but still close to amenities. The teenager really enjoyed the movie area in the basement.

Great for the whole family

We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Great amenities. The location was great. It was cold and rainy but the game room, the fire pit, the theater area and the games made it lots of fun. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our granddaughter enjoyed the toys and having her own little table to play at. And everyone loved the beanbags.

Lovely family getaway

My family of 4 stayed in this great cabin. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My 2 teens loved the game room and having their own TVs in their rooms. The home is very spacious and perfectly designed for family time both indoors and outdoors. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and was so easy to find. No steep hill to climb! The hosts provided great instructions and made themselves available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this cabin. was

First and Definitely not Last!

Our stay was unforgettable! Definitely much needed everything was very updated and even labeled throughout the house. Definitely recommend for family time , so many activities throughout the house. It was 10 of us and we had enough space and activities for all of us. Love that the game room was separate due to the kids being able to stay up late at night and not being woken up.

We had an awesome time. The game room was a hit as well as the fire pit it was my first time experiencing smoores:) What a delight. The cabin was warm and inviting everything we expected. 10 out of 10!! You must book!! delight

Stinson Family Celebration

Lots of room to spread out. The game room was a huge hit. We celebrated one of our daughter's 50th birthday. It is a lovely beautiful spot to get some quiet time, to play games with the kids. Lots of activities close by to give everyone a change of pace. They {we} all loved the lake, boat rental, swimming, tubing and majestic beauty of the area. Also we were able to spot a few wildlife in the area. One of our grandsons brought his telescope and from the roomy back porch were able to do some star gazing. Thank you for sharing this lovely home away from home with us . We would highly recommend this house and area, and hopefully be able to return someday. Much appreciation, Johnny and Laura
