The condo is very nicely presented, needed some attention to cleanliness which the host tried to take care of quickly. Needed some plumbing work which was quickly attempted to repair but when unsuccessful was left until after we checked out unfortunately. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens and great items for beach trips. Master bedroom air conditioner is fantastic, other two are sufficient at best, none of the bathroom vents appeared to be functioning. Wonderful water pressure, location could not be better, Washer and dryer is in central location and work very well. Would definitely recommend as a multiple person rental, very nice and complex amenities are great.

Thanks Amanda. I was under the impression that the attempted plumbing repair helped effectively enough that we did not have to address it again until after your departure. Perfect location and the spacious balcony with a view of the ocean and sunset were amazing. Would stay here again.

2BR/3BA condo

Nice & well maintained condo with lots of space & beautiful view from the lanai! Lots of towels, pillows & sheets with the sofa bed in the master bedroom that my granddaughter used to sleep on. Good location where we just walk on Ali'i drive instead of driving. The perk of having 2 parking stalls that my son can park there when he comes to visit.

Outstanding location and nice amenities

Our group of 3 friends loved staying at thie property. The views of the ocean were amazing!

The view is perfect. The lanai is huge and just the place to watch the sunset. The condo is well stocked and made it easy to relax and not have to make a mad rush to the grocery store. The pool and grills are well maintained. The complex is very quiet. Great location to walk downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay

The condo was very comfortable and had anything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was very responsive and I would love to come back!

This property was one of the best properties I have stayed at ever in Hawaii. It had everything and it handled all of our needs. Plus a beautiful lanai and ocean views. It was perfect.

Amazing place

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time. The lanai is beautiful and the location is great. We could walk to all the great restaurants and a few beaches. The underground parking was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Location good. Easy walk to most things.

Great location overlooking pool and the ocean.

We had a great stay in this condominium. It had a great location and view and very comfortable to live in and stay. A short walk to downtown for restaurants,beach and shopping. We enjoyed eating and spending time on the lanai!

Although a little dated the unit was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent, close to town and all the amenities. The property manager was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this unit.

Just Perfect

The condo was clean and comfortable for everyone in our group. Lots of privacy with 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the close proximity to Kona, beaches and Mai Tai’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Kona Vacation

We were pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything that we needed for our week stay! We walked to the Luau at the Royal Kona Resort and to downtown Kona multiple times for shopping and eating.

Very nice condo in Kona

We rented this place last summer, and again this year. The very generous lanai with sunset views, the three full bathrooms, and the nice pool, were very appreciated by our group of six -- including three children -- after a day at the beach.
