We loved our stay here! It had everything we needed and close to everything. The pool area is especially clean and exceptionally maintained. Host was kind, informative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The view is a homeless camp..I can hear the ocean.My feet are black..I live on t the island and respect not wearing shoes in the house..there was a water incident with another tenant as that his whole condo was inundated with water that I washed my feet with coming back from the beach..the community grill was actually dangerous in that the dials were melted and it was very to shut the gas off..

We had a nice stay at this apartment near the beach. Welcoming and communicative host. Apartment was clean and had beach stuff for us to use. Was a little tight for 4 adults and 1 child to cook and eat, but overall a good experience.

Convinient Location to the best Kona Beaches & Great space for a family!

Awesome location, the communal pool is AMAZING with a beautiful Koi pond nearby. Spaced to BBQ outside and a fully furnished kitchen! Super close to surfing and some of the best beaches, easy to run down Ali'i drive!

Great access to beach and downtown Kona

This apartment was a great basr for exploring Kona and amazing sights on the west side. Our host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants.

Relaxing and quiet

Ying's condo was a great place for our family to stay. My kids loved the pool and the access to the little beach across the street. The beds were comfortable and it was helpful to have to full baths. We would stay again.

Hawaii Paradise

Our family recently visited Kona and truly enjoyed the accommodations. The location was conveniently located to many restaurants and activities on the island. The unit was spacious and the pool area was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place across from the beach

Beds were plenty comfortable - place was clean and it was just across the street from the ocean and in a good central location. Pool and hot tub were nice too! Would stay here again - even met other condo owners who were very welcoming

Walking distance to the ocean

Ocean access was beautiful and in walking distance. The AC in the condo was awesome. The location was close to everything we wanted to do in Kailua Kona. Loved it!

Great location

This condo was in a great location to restaurants & shopping in Kona. The condo had everything we needed. Coffee, soap, toiletries(extra toilet paper), plenty of towels. We loved the turkeys & roosters out back even though they were scared of us.

Perfect location

I throughly enjoyed my stay! Location was perfectly located on Ali’i Drive, quiet, safe, and across from the beach to catch beautiful sunsets. All essentials were provided and communication with host was excellent. Yin was accommodating and quick to respond. Overall, I recommend booking her place… you will not be disappointed!

Holualoa Getaway

This is a nice, clean condo. The island host and housekeeper were both easy to reach and very accommodating when we asked to drop off our things at the condo long before the check-in time, and they responded very quickly and fixed a leak in the ceiling.

Perfect family getaway!

Our family stayed at this condo and it was perfect! The condo came equipped with all of the essentials and more. The location is just a quick drive from downtown Kona and there is so much to do. We did have 1 issue with one of the slider doors and they came and fixed it the next day! The kids loved the pool and seeing the occasional kitty visiting the property. We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

Great air conditioning, responsive host, kitchen was well set up. I wish there was aluminum foil or zip lock bags or something like that already here. I appreciated all of tge beach stuff tgat was here to borrow! Bed was a little too soft for me, but my daughter liked it.Only major drawback was the dang rooster. He crows from 5am-9am. So if you're a light sleeper, don't choose the master bedroom. Beach across the road was a nice place to check out. Overall a really wonderful experience. Thank you!!

Great week on the Big Island

Condo is in a great location. Quiet area yet close enough to all of the shopping and restaurants. We didn't utilize all of the amenities this place has to offer because we were so busy exploring the island. That being said, this was a great place to come back to clean up and rest. Communication with the hosts was great throughout. Thank you!

Kona Hidden Gem

Ying provided a great handbook before we arrived. Everything was detailed and we had issues while we were there. The condo was clean and comfortable for 4 adults, and outfitted with everything we needed. We appreciated having the beach chairs and beach towels, put them to good use. We had a great time exploring the Big Island, first time there and hope to go back.

Perfect Base for Kona Adventure

The owner was a great with communication about check-in/-out, and ideas for things to do, restaurants, etc. The location was great for driving or even walking anywhere. The Kona shuttle bus was nearby as well. Even the small rocky beach across the streat was a fun place to go read, relax and take a dip. It was a quick drive to Kailua or other Island locations. The apartment was well equipped for the kitchen (great knives!!!) and beach gear. The pool area was a great place to relax and grill dinner, too.

We're a family of three loving travel around the world. When our son was 5, we took our first family trip to Hawaii, and it was pure magic. There is something in the Hawaii air that is very healing, and We started to fall in love with the islands. From then on, we took family trips to Hawaii every year and tried every Hawaii island.

Of all the Hawaii places, Kona fits us like a glove. Kona has become, for us, our own cherished spot of paradise. It's perfect because it's not crowded and feels very relaxed with that small-town feel. The three of us love snorkeling (even though I can't swim far without a noodle :)). Practically every spot along the shore I've tried has had something to see like tropical fish, and of course, there are sea turtles everywhere! We think the advantage of the lava beach is it keeps the island from becoming too crowded and makes everything more scenic and beautiful...and there are plenty of great sandy beach spots for swimming, tanning, and surfing.

The Big Island has become a big part of our lives forever, and we hope you find it as magical and healing as we do.

We have had a condo in Kona for almost 10 years now, but we had a one-bedroom condo on the same street. We always knew we wanted a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Kona and have been very familiar with this area. We had our eyes on this particular condo for quite a while before we had an opportunity to purchase it. This condo has the perfect location of being central to the Kona area, so you can go North or South easily. It is close to downtown and all the shopping/eating but it is a smaller condo complex tucked away even it is on the main Alli Dr. It's very quiet and peaceful. The complex is so well managed with a super cleaning pool and hot tub. The other big factor is this condo has set up for Central A/C, which is super rare. Kona is breezy at night but on hot days, central A/C is such a lifesaver for us!
