This luxury condominium is located on the 17 Fairway, Kona Country Club golf course. Country Club Villas offers many on site amenities. Enjoy this quiet convenient location where you can enjoy 3 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, and 2 tennis courts all on site.
Within walking distance you will be at one of the nicest and most popular renowned Keauhou Bay. This recreation area offers an almost endless array of ocean sports.

This luxury condo not only offers both golf and ocean views! Spacious downstairs with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned!

2 Story 2/2 Bedroom with regular staircase to EXTRA large loft with 2 twin beds and half bathroom. NO A/C in Loft but have several fans and whole loft has large windows from one end to other.

Master bedroom with OCEAN VIEW including 2 glass slide doors out to Lanai. In-Suite vanity and bathing area. With Wall A/C unit and Ceiling Fan.

Second bedroom has queen bed also with Wall A/C unit and Ceiling Fan.

Big spacious condo with amazing view! The pool was a nice in the evenings. The condo even had boogie boards and coolers and beach chairs. I try to pack light and really appreciated the washer.

This condo was perfect! Plenty of space, fully stocked, and the most beautiful sunset ocean views from a huge lanai! Lisa is an amazing host and was very quick to respond to our messages, especially regarding Hurricane Lala as the storm approached.

Very nice condo with an amazing view of the ocean over a golf course. AC is only in 2 downstairs bedrooms but overall comfortable the rest of the apartment.

Exactly as pictured and described! Very comfortable stay for my family and conveniently located to recreation, dining, and provisions. We could have watched the golfers tee off into Hole 17 all day! Would definitely book again for our next trip.

The condo was just like it was described minus the birds singing at night (in the front room, you really hear it) but other than that, I loved that there was coffee and coffee filters and basic kitchen provided. And the communication from the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was overall nice. Checking was okay. The unit door auto locks and so we got locked out with a couple of minutes when loading in our luggage. The a/c was only in the 2 bedrooms. The units did not help cool down the living area or the loft. The unit was unbearable most of the day. I would not recommend this unit during the summer. The hot water was very limited and would turn to lukewarm after about a minute. The view from the patio was so beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and there was ample space for 6 people.

In response to guests remarks. The locks are set for security and they automatically lock. As far as AC these units do not have central air because of the age of the building We do our best to provide good ACs for each bedroom . Because this unit is a large unit and has a loft so it’s a two-story a loft is an open air area. This is considered one of the Luxury units in the complex. In Hawaii, if you open up the windows and the fans, you have complete airflow from the mountains to the ocean. It’s better than the AC.

Lisa is an excellent property manager. The condo was so clean and so well stocked! It was a pleasure. We had a small issue which Lisa took care of immediately.

The view of the sunsets were amazing. We really enjoyed watching people golf passed the condo as well. It was large enough to give everyone their own space to enjoy quiet. The two pools we used were clean and well maintained. The overall location was good. Close to a grocery store, restaurants, and downtown Kona as well as our favorite snorkel beaches and night snorkeling with the manta rays. Lisa was wonderful to work with addressed any concerns immediately. I hope to return again soon

Overall, very good . Well stocked for items in the kitchen, living areas, and bathrooms. Good location for the areas that we wanted to see and do. Laundry facilities were convenient. Groceries and restaurants were nearby.

Great option away from town.

This was a very comfortable place to stay. The amenities were great. It was nice to discover there was more than one pool to visit on site. After a day exploring the island it was a great place to come back to.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

I came to Big Island with my family and we loved this place. It’s beautiful and very well located. Right next to an amazing surf spot called Kahalu’u with water sports for the whole family.

Great location

Fantastic condo for a family with a great location (easy drive to the beach and across the street to the store and restaurants). Lisa is also super responsive during the stay and is very helpful.

Great stay on the Big Island!

Great property, very clean, as described. Great for groups or if a little extra space is needed. Excellent views, clean safe grounds and pools, close to local grocery store and dining options south of town. Communication with host was sparse, but otherwise the stay was excellent and we would happily return.

We really enjoyed our stay, the weather was perfect, we were able to enjoy the lanai every night watching sunsets- even saw whales several days! The only thing we saw less than excellent was the pool areas- but our condo itself more than made up for it!

25th anniversary

This was our second time staying within his community. Absolutely love the view of the golf course and ocean. The pools and hot tubs on the property are well maintained. I had great communication with the property manager prior to and during the stay.

Lisa, the property manager, was responsive and took care of issues we encountered during our stay with the rental, although not everything is perfect, it is about how she actively takes care of the arising problem in a timely manner that makes a difference. Good customer service.The place is clean and gorgeous view.My family and I had a wonderful time.
