Spend your beach trip relaxing with loved ones at this comfortable house in Manzanita, featuring entertainment and living areas perfect for hanging out, not to mention easy beach access! Even the family dogs are welcome here. Located in central Manzanita, this house is approximately a four-block walk from the beach and just one street over from Laneda Avenue's stretch of shops and restaurants - it doesn't get much more convenient than that!



Whip up delicious breakfasts in the fully equipped kitchen and gather around the table to enjoy it and figure out plans for the day. You might buy some fresh fish to grill on the patio or simply come home to rest after a long day on the beach. Free WiFi and a couple of TVs mean you don't all have to decide on one movie, and the gas fireplace is perfect for a stormy night. The home was well appointed, comfortable beds, clean, and of good size for our family of four. What really stood out was the excellent customer service, there was a glitch with check-in, and it was handled professionally and was truly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This property was in need of an update. The 9.6 rating was not accurate as rugs and furniture were stained and there was a layer of dirt on most baseboards. The grill was not working and some utensils ,pots and pans were dirty and inadequate. Basic supplies were not provided (2 dishwasher pods and 2 trash bags for a party of 5 staying 4 nights). The management team apologized and indicated this unit was up for an update, but ongoing maintenance of this unit should have been done for those staying prior to this update. I will say that the bathrooms were clean, although the master bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Overall we were very disappointed with this house would avoid booking other units managed by this Avari management company.

This home was well appointed, with comfortable bedding and nice extra touches for us traveling with our pet. The location was perfect, just a few min walk from the main part of Manzanita and the beach.

I would have probably given this location 5 Stars had it not been for the fact that the gas was out on the fireplace and there was no heat in the entire main level of the unit. We had to be moved to another rental property the evening we arrived. But the property was immaculate and lots of open space. It was actually nicer in person than the online pictures showed. If I could know that the heat and gas were sorted out, I think it would be an ideal place.

Spacious home in great location
