Spacious home and lovely spot for family to gather in a great location. Communication with hosts was easy, their replies were speedy and friendly. Highly recommend.

The location of this house was excellent. It was nice that we could walk everywhere with ease. Very family friendly, and had all the amenities we needed for cooking and keeping things clean.

Wonderful beach house

Perfect location with everything that you need! Kitchen perfectly stocked, beds comfortable, showers great, close to beach and town - just wonderful!

This was the perfect spot for us to visit the Oregon coast! Steps away from the beach, it was easy to walk there multiple times a day. One of our favorite memories was buying firewood and supplies at the grocery store and making s’mores over a fire at the beach. Also, easy walk to multiple, delicious restaurants and a small grocery store. We stayed here our entire trip and traveled around, for example up to Canon Beach and down to Tillamook. Oswald West State Park is very close and we did a beautiful hike there. But the beach we were at was simply beautiful and we loved staying right where we were as well.The house was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything we needed. Large table for family meals. Loved that it came with beach chairs and wagons. The only downside is that it only has one full bathroom for the 3 bedrooms (other than the main) to share. The master has its own bathroom, but the shower is completely open to the master bedroom, which made it tricky for others to use it.The hot tub was so fun after a crisp evening at the beach (also the steamer in the master shower!). The hosts were so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this vacation home and visiting Oregon coast!!

Beach fires and s'mores with grocery store firewood — that's the Oregon coast done exactly right! It sounds like this home was the perfect base camp for everything from Cannon Beach to Tillamook to that gorgeous Oswald West hike, with your own beautiful stretch of sand waiting steps away. So glad the beach chairs and wagons got put to use and that the hot tub and steam shower warmed up those crisp coastal evenings. Thank you for the thoughtful note on the bathroom layout — that's been shared with our team as helpful context for future guests. We'd love to welcome your family back for another coastal adventure!

Fantastic home and location!

The home lives up to the photos and then some! Enjoyed a relaxing beach week and loved the house’s amenities: the gourmet kitchen, the spa bathroom, the hot tub, the short walk to the beach,... We’d rent it again!

The home exceeded our expectations

The property is conveniently located, tastefully decorated, spacious and well suited for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed. And we appreciated the 'gift basket' of little extra goodies.

Fall Coastal Vacation

It was wonderful having you and your friends stay at our home. We are glad you enjoyed it beauty and the center of town location. We just wanted to clarify for future guests that while there are not oceanfront views, there are ocean views from the dining room/kitchen and the upstairs bonus room as well as the "white" bedroom. Plus with the ocean being 50 yards away, you get can have toes in the sand in a minute's walk!

Unbeatable

Absolutely perfect. A one minute walk to the beach. A steam shower, a jacuzzi soaking tub in the master bath, a private hot tub on the deck, amazingly comfortable beds, a great family room to relax and watch a movie. They've thought of everything. We tried to find something to nitpick but couldn't come up with anything. Worth every cent.

We were welcomed by this beautiful home which was very well equipped for all of our needs as a party of eight. We enjoyed the views of the ocean from upstairs and the short one block walk to the beach several times a day. This home was even more beautiful than the pictures and we were very impressed with the size and functional layout. We plan on coming back again next year.

The owners have thought of every possible amenity in the home and it was beyond comfortable for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were super comfortable and furnishings top quality - the master suite is spectactular. The location is just steps from the main street of Manzanita and the ocean is practically at your doorstep (after you grab a latte from the coffee shop literally across the road). The owner was excellent to work and did everything possible to ensure we had a great vacation. We definitely plan to return to Villa Manzanita!

Beautiful Home

The house was very clean when we arrived. There were plenty of towels, kitchen equipment, etc. one thing about the kitchen was there were spices, flour, sugar, foil. We appreciated this. The beds were comfortable. We had four young boys that slept in four twin beds. My hey loved that. The hot tub was a bonus. Some of us enjoyed the steam bath in the shower area. Just a few words in closing. We loved Villa Manzanita!!!!

Girls' Trip to the Oregon Coast

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In our group of seven none of us had ever been to Oregon therefore we had no idea what to expect. Little did any of us realize what a gem the northern of Oregon is. Found Villa Manzanita on the internet and it met our number one requirement - enough beds and bathrooms to handle our group. When we arrived in Manzanita we were taken with the charming village and Villa Manzanita was far better than anything any of us had imagined! The location of the house is ideal - you are just a few steps away from the beach and the main street of shops and restaurants. Manzanita offers a good selection of grocery stores, coffee shops and retail therapy. The house has a welcoming beach décor, is immaculate and furnished with top of the line appliances. There was obviously thought given to the furnishing process because there was enough kitchenware and cutlery to prepare any meal, the house had all the basic staples for a meal and was well stocked with cleaning products and paper towels, toilet paper, foil, etc. We had many options to choose from when selecting a house but in the end we could not have done any better than Villa Manzanita. The customer service from the property owner and property manager was excellent -- they were warm and helpful every time we made contact. Before we arrived we received thorough information on contact numbers, guidelines for the house, suggestions for shops and restaurants in the area. A wonderful experience for everyone in our group!
