Extremely pet friendly with barriers on the porches. Well stocked kitchen with sufficient cooking supplies, a surplus of dishes and utensils. This was our second stay here and the location is ideally situated to the beach and to the town.

Enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. Kitchen stocked well and lots of towels for beach, hot tub, and showers. Comfortable and clean quiet neighborhood.

Cozy Home in Great Location

Cozy home in great location and proximity to the beach and town was well-decorated and furnished. The quaint and clean house had mostly everything we needed and was comfortable throughout our whole stay.

Lovely walk in the morning to town and to the beach. We loved long walks on the beach. The house was the perfect size. It was very cozy inside by the fire when it was raining.

I wouldn't rent this home. Key features are a hot tub and fire pit. The hot tub was locked up along with firewood without any directions on how to use the home. No instructions on how to use the TV. We never figured out how to watch the local news. The dishwasher had a deep pool of grey water when we arrived. It took a 40 minute phone call to get a check in code from VRBO who contacted Avari. Both reps were in foreign countries with a large language barrier. What's worse is that after 3 days of emailing the provided contacts, I still haven't gotten answers from either Avari or VRBO on issues, only after 2 days that my concerns would be addressed by a local team. What also really bothered us was the 4 security cameras on the home - that we found. All are outside but directed at windows without window coverings/curtains. If you value your privacy, this is not a relaxing vacation home for you.

Nice house, close to beach.

It's in a neighborhood, but it felt private. Kitchen was well stocked with tools, pans, pots and spices. I'd stay again.

New Year’s Getaway

Lovely spot for friends’ getaway to Manzanita. Great kitchen and shared living space. Close to main drag and beach.

Fun time in Manzanita

The place is clean and situated just a two block walk from the beach and the main street of Manzanita. Dog friendly place which was great. Hot tub, gas fireplace and grill were all great and worked well. Great stay for a family or group of friends.

The Madrona House was perfect for our family! It’s so cute, very cozy and had absolutely everything we needed. Made cooking in a breeze. It’s an easy walk to town and the beach too. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We stayed here for a staff retreat. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances, utensils and aside from food, it had everything we needed. The home was warm, cozy and decorated very nicely. It was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much!
