Nice house, it just needs some updating and maintenance. Location is great, bikes, hot tub, air hockey, comfy beds. However, the hot tub cover weighs 100 lbs, there was a mouse running everywhere, the air hockey needs some fixes, the spices in the kitchen are an afterthought, and the cleaning supplies used were very very smelly. All said though, we had a great time in Sunriver!

House layout was great for families. House was clean and well stocked. Air hockey was a hit. This was a girl scout event and our troop had a blast.

Perfect home for large groups

We really enjoyed all the amenities this home had to offer! The hot tub and air hockey table were a HUGE hit for the kids! We would definitely stay here again!

Great for families

This was a wonderful place for our family. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table, bikes, hidden Harry Potter room. This was a great location to get to Fort Rock park, either walking or biking, but it was a little too far for easy walks to The Village. Perfect for families with young kids!

Great Sunriver Home - Perfect for Many or a Just a Few

I stayed here for a week while snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, and I don't have a single bad thing to say. This house had everything I could want; comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space, lots of large spaces to gather, and the private hot tub is great at the end of a long day.

Great place to stay!!

3 Mt Baker was an amazing house to stay in. Very clean and everything was working great. Great feature is the air hockey table and the bikes. All in all I would definitely give this home a 5 star rating and would love to stay again in the near future

We stayed at this property for a month. The house is super cozy, location is excellent and the beds were very comfortable! The only small complaints we have, is that some things could use a better clean, like the dishwasher, and if guests are staying for longer periods of time to maybe consider making sure essentials like toilet paper, dish soap etc are stocked a little more. BUT- we still loved the place and would recommend to anyone.
