We put a lot of care into our listing to accurately showcase the space and layout through our photos and description, so guests can have a clear idea of what to expect before booking. We understand that a space can sometimes feel different in person depending on expectations. Regarding the towels, we would have been more than happy to provide an extra set if we had known you needed them. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry amenities available in the unit, particularly for longer stays. As for the pest sighting, we wish we had known during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. Guests sometimes encounter water bugs, which are native to the area and can occasionally come indoors due to weather conditions. The property is regularly treated by professional pest control, and we’re always happy to arrange an additional visit if needed. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and we hope to host you on better circumstances next time.
