We have two separate rental rooms available. Each have their own private entrance from the outside of the residence as well as their own private full baths. Both rooms have a mini-frig, microwave, and coffeepot. Internet access is provided.

We are located within walking distance of the famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk where there are many restaurants, Bars, Charter Boats, and many other attractions. There is always lots of live entertainment and we will be happy to make suggestions based on your food and music taste.

We also own a charter fishing business called Southern Sportfishing. We have 1/2 day, 3/4 day, and Full day offshore trips available.

Other nearby attractions include Kure Beach, Fort Fisher Aquarium, Civil War Museum, and the Fort Fisher Ferry which travels to Southport and Bald Head Island numerous times daily.

If you are interested in Kayaking, Bike rentals, Surf lessons, Paddle Boarding, or Golf Cart rentals we can help you with your arrangements.

FYI : We have a dog on premises. He stays inside our home but is never allowed in the rental rooms.

Loved staying at this property! It was convenient and comfortable. Room was nice and cool when we arrived and we slept great after long days out. Also appreciated the instructions and communication given; clear, simple, helpful. Would definitely come back for the next quick weekend trip.

We had a nice, quiet, relaxing couple nights before our big family vacation. Our room was clean, well appointed, and very close to shopping and outdoor activities! The window unit was a little noisy, but we didn't mind. The mattress could use an update, but there were no issues and we had everything we needed. We loved meeting the house dog Roscoe and the host Andy was very friendly and accommodating!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Family owned and operated Tradewinds Motel in Kure Beach for over 40 years. When I decided to build a house I wanted to be far enough away from the ocean that I didn't have to worry about storm surges from Hurricanes. Also the beach front is very noisy during the season which is why I built in this quiet neighborhood. I can walk or ride a bike anywhere I need to go.

For the island this is a very large piece of property where I am able to store all of my fishing gear and can bring boat home to work on it in the winter.
