Absolutely beautiful property and very well maintained. The grounds and the forest and the pond and large grassy area outside was well enjoyed by the kids and the house internally was very spacious with a great kitchen. We will definitely look to return during another season. Big thanks for the hosts who were very accommodating and responsive.

House is perfect for a family getaway. Pond was a ton of fun and kitchen was fully equipped for our meals. Hot tub under the stars was a great way to end the day. Will definitely return

Stayed here with a small group of friends for New Years and we absolutely loved the house! We were looking for a chill getaway for the holiday and that is exactly what we got. The house came stocked with pretty much everything we needed from towels to kitchen wears and had plenty of games and things to do. The guys enjoyed the pool table downstairs and we all enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cozy. Neil and Erin were great hosts and we hope to make it back out that way again!

Perfect spot for a private getaway, but still close to town.

We had a very relaxing week staying at this really nice property. The owners have clearly thought everything through and were great to deal with.

Everything was great! The property was expansive and beautiful equipped with everything we needed for a great and relaxing weekend. The house was in great shape and had all we needed. I have no complaints and we plan to be back again!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The house was both stunning and cozy. Beautiful views from every window, pool table, hot tub, great kitchen, etc…Would love to return!

The little added touches were very heartwarming. We were so comfortable during our stay we felt almost no need to leave the property and greatly enjoyed the hot tub, swimming in the pond, and playing games. The proximity to town was convenient but still offered plenty of secluded peace. Overall we loved our week at the house!

We really love this home. It's comfy and clean with a warm hot tub, terrific pool table, and close proximity to Belleayre. We'd stay longer if we could!

My family and I spend a long weekend at Mike’s place and it lives up to the pictures. A beautiful, comfortable, well appointed home, with a beautiful property. Can’t wait to go back!

We stayed at this property in October when our nephew got married at the Margaretville Mountain Inn. The proximity of the house to the venue was perfect. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck, the beautiful Mountain View, the hot tub and the pool table. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house would be an ideal spot for a winter getaway being so close to many ski resorts and in the summer to take advantage of the huge pond on the property.

Well stocked and beautiful!

Very cool property, private with plenty to do onsite but still easy to access area attractions and amenities. Very comfortable and clean. Loved it!

The house is beautiful and spacious and the grounds are lovely. We enjoyed making a fire in the fireplace as well as in the fire pit outside. Neil and Erin were great at communicating and responsive to messages. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. I hope we have an opportunity to return and highly recommend.
