Wonderful house for a big group with kids. The kitchen had plenty of space and a perfect bar eating area that accommodates children. Additionally the living space was lovely and open, but didn’t have breakables within reach of small children. With beach front access, it was easy to watch kids on the beach from the deck and make quick trips to and from the beach. Perfect for a multigenerational family trip!

Amazing house with incredible beach vie and access. Plenty of room for our family members to have their own bedrooms and places to relax. We would absolutely return

Great location! Awesome access to the beach. Very clean and spacious. Great views from the deck. The outdoor shower was so useful coming back from the beach with sand. This section of beach had no cars. Kid friendly. The host communicated well.

We had an amazing time at this property!! Plenty of beds, lots of space, and very close to the beach!! Any questions we sent was answered almost immediately!!! If you’re looking for a great house on the beach this is the house you want!!! Super, super clean!!! It’s truly the best beach house we’ve stayed in Galveston!!!

My husband and I went with our Children and Grandchildren 10 total . We really enjoyed the beachfront house. Close enough that the kids could go back to the house themselves to get a snack or play a game of pool. The pool table came in handy when we would get shots of rain. I will definitely be taking my family back. The rooms were very spacious and no one was on top of each other. Plenty of room!! Of course there’s always upkeep when you have a beach house so the minor things were not a dealbreaker. We enjoyed our stay.

This property has a great view. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the surf. Walking to the beach was simple and easy to access. Having an elevator was awesome! We loved not having to haul all of our stuff up and down the stairs. There is plenty of parking.

Here is what I sent and was never addressed by anyone. They asked how it was going, and I replied..Well, glad you asked. I am not a mean or hurtful person, but I am honest and always want to make the World a better place. I paid more on this house because my Grands are getting older, and this may be our last trip together. However, God has shown me the lesser expensive houses felt way more personal and honest. This poor gorgeous house needs such love. What is here for us in the kitchen, pantry, gas fire pit(take that picture off as we now have to buy wood for the other one, fuel, etc., especially if I want my Grands to make the  s'mores I brought.)  This feels like a corporate money maker than a fabulous rental like the other houses we have stayed in. The kitchen is so sparse To the LEAST of your ability. Nothing in the pantry. Be sure and SAY bring everything. Other houses supplied it ALL, and then some. They wanted us to LOVE our stay, took great care of us, and that we were deeply appreciated. We have ONLY two kitchen towels, No Dishrags, no extra dish soap along with the small squirt. The LEAST amount of bowls for mixing, no pitchers for tea, and on and on, and ON.We will still be content, happy, and grateful, for the beauty God has provided for us here. I just hope and pray yall take these seeds and grow a much better choice, especially for what yall ask for this place.Of course, we now live in times where you do you…your name and reputation attached, and we’ll do us.

Overall, the property was great, location proximity to the beach with a nice open floor plan and great views. The only complaint we have is that the back door to the back deck had a missing door knob and we had a hard time closing and keeping the door closed.
