Located just minutes from everything Wilmington has to offer and surrounding beaches. This property is situated on 3 acres, surrounded by trees and nature. Enjoy sitting by the private pond or by the fire pit. Have your coffee on the patio, smell the salty air, and enjoy the wildlife. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, while being conveniently located in town, this is the right place for you! The guest house is detached from the main house, with a private entrance, and it's own outdoor patio, lawn space, hammock, and fire pit. Shopping, breweries, restaurants, and beaches are all minutes away. Our neighborhood is a true gem, offering water access, a central location, lots of privacy, and we are an equestrian community. Inside the guest house, you will find a studio-style setup, featuring a queen bed, sofa, desk, dining area, kitchenette, and full bathroom. We would love to host you and share our little slice of heaven with you!

The place is gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable! It was so nice to have the sound of the frogs in the other pond singing each night. Dawn was very responsive and helpful, would definitely stay here again!!!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. Dawn's place is extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The setting is peaceful and quiet, yet close to the beach, Trader Joe's, and lots of places to eat. We look forward to returning in the future! We highly recommend this bright and lovely, spacious apartment.

Very enjoyable spacious studio with all the comfort and quiet needed to visit family and friends in the area. Comfortable bed; at one point I turned to my partner and said, "let's move in!!" Sufficient kitchen stocked with snacks, easily accessed wifi, and subtle lighting that makes for easy reading and afternoon drinks. Would definitely return on our next trip.

Stayed here a couple nights before heading to Surf City for a week with family. This place was so comfortable! We had everything we needed! The private backyard was so nice! The covered patio allowed us to sit outside during the rainstorms we had and enjoy the sound of the thunder and the tree frogs! So relaxing! Despite several big storms, we were able to spend several hours on the beach and have a nice meal outside on the Intercoastal waterway. We want to come back and explore the area more and would totally stay here again!
