Cozy, updated studio with intracoastal waterway views and free parking. Awesome location across the street from great restaurants like Bridge Tender, Fish House Grill, Dockside, Bluewater, Brasserie and many more. It is only a mile to the beach. Unit has kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, hot plate burner, toaster, and coffee maker. Fully stocked with linens, kitchenware, coffee and tea.
Pool area has tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs for hanging out and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Self check in is provided with keypad entry and private entrance. The Studio is on the 2nd floor with both Stair and Elevator option. Community pool, ice machine, drink vending machine, office with local brochures on site.

“Awesome place. Great amenities. Attention to detail was off the charts. The location is to die for. Everything was as pristine and neat as it gets. The host was very responsive and their instructions were spot‑on. Best property we’ve stayed at by far. Loved it and will definitely be back."

We had a lovely stay! Can’t beat the location a quick drive to the beach, walking distance near a marina and restaurants. We had a nice dinner at Dockside, gorgeous sunsets! Property was super clean had just what we needed for a quick stay!

The location was great for exploring Wilmington and visiting Wrightsville Beach. The property was quiet, well stocked for its size, and the parking was very convenient. The value was unmatched. The host was responsive and gracious. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The property needed some updating, microwave broken, seating needed more padding, musty smell, pet friendly which was nice, close to restaurants, right on the intercoastal waterway, snacks that were offered was nice, could have offered some k-pods as a special touch. Nice location just needs some little TLC.

Property was clean, convenient and comfortable. About a 1.5 mile walk to Wrightsville Beach and happily pet friendly, as we brought our ferret with us.
