The Space:

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need—plenty of cabinet space, a full-size fridge, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot to fuel your mornings. Built-in cabinetry off the kitchen doubles as extra prep space or a cozy remote work station. The dining area seats four and is perfect for home-cooked meals or game night. There are 2 additional bar seat close by if needed.



The living room is designed for pure relaxation. Large windows welcome natural light and highlight the ocean views and coastal-inspired decor. A comfortable sectional sofa, ambient lighting, and a flat-screen TV make it easy to curl up with a book, stream a movie, or just soak in the breathtaking view of the waves rolling in.



Step through the sliding glass doors onto the oceanfront balcony, where comfortable seating and a small table set the scene for morning coffee, evening drinks, or spotting dolphins and rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center. The master suite is a dreamy coastal retreat with a Queen-size bed, ceiling fan, and ocean views right from your pillow. The ensuite primary bathroom features a tub/shower combo, granite vanity with storage, and fresh towels.



The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a calming, comfortable space to unwind. A large closet lets you settle in and feel at home. The full guest bathroom is right across the hall with a step in tiled shower.



The ground floor parking garage is convenient storage for the beach gear. We are stocked with beach chairs, body boards, and sand toys—everything you need to head straight to the sand. The unit also includes in-unit laundry with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The condo includes one reserved parking space in the shared covered garage, so your car stays covered and secure. Limited open parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis; a second vehicle space is not guaranteed. The building has an elevator for easy access to the third floor.
