We had a great stay here. The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained. Having direct ocean access was a huge plus, and the pool and lounge area were perfect for relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a great place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach!

Perfect size, had everything you could need , super comfortable beds. PoolIs very nice, beach is a few steps from that. When we come back to Florida we will hopefully be able to stay here again!

Property was really clean and we had just what we needed to make it a lovely stay for my family. Kitchen was fully stocked and it was super convenient that they had beach chairs and umbrellas available for us to borrow.

The facility was neat and clean and a great value. All amenities needed for a beach vacation were available. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break stay

The property was super clean and had everything we needed! Check in was super easy and the location was perfect! We were right next to the pier, which had great food and a great tiki bar. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect with easy access to all Cocoa Beach has to offer. The rooftop differentiates this property from all others. We even got to watch the Artemis II launch with a great view and significantly fewer crowds. Aside from the couch being a little older, the property is exactly as laid out. Highly recommend.

The room set up was perfect, each bedroom with its own bath. It was very well supplied for basic needs of a longer stay. Beds were comfy. The couch was not very comfortable. Some more comfortable seating would be nice. It was dog friendly and there was a park nearby that we could exercise him.

Perfect spot!

This was the perfect place for our little family! We could pack light as the unit included all necessary beach supplies and it was close to everything! Highly recommend. We’ll definitely be staying again!
