Highly Recommend for Spring Break

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation for spring break. The layout was so great for having two small children. The owners had everything for our beach days and we took full advantage of the sand toys, towels and boogie boards. It was such a treat to be able to walk right to the beach each day. The property owners were so wonderful to deal with and highly responsive. 10/10 recommend!

Vacation down time

Loved the balcony to see the ocean every day! Five minute walk to the beach. The owner had every accommodation you could think of, she was available 24/7! If we didn’t want the beach the pool was heated and right below us. Definitely would go back!! Thank you Kim

Great stay near the beach!

It was perfect for our family! It was a great place right near the beach with lots things to do. The property had lots of beach gear like chairs and umbrellas! We would highly recommend :)

Great Stay

Our family has been coming to this complex for the past four summers and this has been the best unit there in our experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kim is very proactive, highly communicative, and responsive to any questions and needs.

Great condo in Cocoa Beach

This 2 bedroom condo was a great fit for our family. Easy beach access, pool, and close to fun local restaurants. Location was good and host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Condo

This was a great condo for our family of 4 and had a relaxing/cozy ambiance. We had an amazing time hanging at the pool and going to the beach. It’s also in walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier/restaurnats/shopping. Kim is a fantastic host! Next time our family is in Cocoa Beach, we will be staying here again.

Cocoa Beach October 2024

Three adults from Minnesota flew to Cocoa Beach to meet up with a friend who works at NASA. The condo was clean, close to the beach, and exactly as advertised. We were minutes from walking to the beach. Quiet place within 5 minutes of the Pier. Highly recommend this condo for anyone staying on Cocoa Beach.

Tropical Oasis

We loved the tropical island decor and ambience of this cute, well appointed condo. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for walking to the beach and the pier. I would recommend and stay again for sure.

Escape the cold trip

Beautiful condo and very comfortable. The location was great, close to everything and just steps to the beach. Everyone seemed friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the balcony both day and night. Pool was nice it wasn’t overly crowded. We had a great stay!

Beachy Fun

We had a great stay, the condo was so clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure, our host was easy and pleasant to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The grounds were immaculate with a fun large pool. Our favorite thing was the immediate access to the beach! We would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be going back!! Thanks Kim!

Perfect Location

Condo is clean and well stocked. Large pool and easy access to beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. The sunrise viewed from the balcony is awesome! So much to do and visit in the area. Excellent communication with hosts. Recommend!

Ideal for Families

The condo was ideal for our family and enabled us to have a completely relaxing vacation. The condo itself was very comfortable and had everything the we needed. It really was like being in our own home. The salt water pool was clean and the community at the pool were chill - great for families. The neighborhood was calm with easy access to everything we needed.

Vacation Paradise

Loved our stay here!! The unit was very clean and the decor was perfect. We had everything we needed for our stay. The cleaning lady prior to our visit informed the owner that she was low on toilet paper and she had it delivered the next day. I'd recommend family's to stay here for the great location and atmosphere. On site management was very polite and friendly as well.
