We have it all, Perfect Ocean View directly on the beach. Conveniently located on the sunny side of the complex very close to the pier Townhouse unit with 2 very spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, 2.5 bathrooms (full en-suite and guest bathrooms upstairs and a powder room on the main floor) and an updated kitchen, dining/living room and large private balcony on the main floor overlooking the beautiful Atlantic ocean. There is free high-speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience. A significant benefit to this unit is our view and new comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two full beds and one portable twin bed.

This unit offers the ultimate convenience of having private beach access, a large heated pool, I putting green. This two story unit is right next to the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner & drinks there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

By renting with our family you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 30 years.

Cocoa Beach October 2024

Three adults from Minnesota flew to Cocoa Beach to meet up with a friend who works at NASA. The condo was clean, close to the beach, and exactly as advertised. We were minutes from walking to the beach. Quiet place within 5 minutes of the Pier. Highly recommend this condo for anyone staying on Cocoa Beach.

Amazing Stay

My husband and I stayed for our Babymoon and had a fantastic time. The owner was always in contact in case we needed anything and this was the best location! Just a quick walk to the beach and the rental had many beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys to borrow. Would definitely rent again!!!

Great Stay

Our family has been coming to this complex for the past four summers and this has been the best unit there in our experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kim is very proactive, highly communicative, and responsive to any questions and needs.

Perfect Condo

This was a great condo for our family of 4 and had a relaxing/cozy ambiance. We had an amazing time hanging at the pool and going to the beach. It’s also in walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier/restaurnats/shopping. Kim is a fantastic host! Next time our family is in Cocoa Beach, we will be staying here again.

Great stay near the beach!

It was perfect for our family! It was a great place right near the beach with lots things to do. The property had lots of beach gear like chairs and umbrellas! We would highly recommend :)

Beachy Fun

We had a great stay, the condo was so clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure, our host was easy and pleasant to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. The grounds were immaculate with a fun large pool. Our favorite thing was the immediate access to the beach! We would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be going back!! Thanks Kim!

We enjoyed 3 weeks …our coffee every morning on the patio watching the sun rise … birds singing .. it was magnificent.. and we took long walks on the beach every day …a beautiful clean pool …we also watched 3 rockets launch one at night and 2 in the day right from the beach by the condo … if you want peace and quiet and all of the above then this condo is for you ❤️

Beachfront paradise condo

Nice condo with ample room. We appreciated the cleanliness. On a cooler but sunny day we enjoyed the southern facing deck. Easy access to the beach. Felt safe going for walks anywhere. The owner reached out a couple times to ensure that all was well.

Cocoa Beach Getaway

Kim’s condo is very nice. She supplies everything you need( dishes, paper products, towels and linens, beach chairs and umbrellas and so much more! The beach umbrella in the living room closet comes in handy at the pool! Her condo is in a good location in Cocoa Beach and both the pool and beach are easily accessible. Really nice pool and beautiful sand beach. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The unit has a washer and dryer for extra convenience. Plenty of pans, kitchen utensils and a Kurig coffee maker. Kim is great to communicate with if you have any questions. Loads of things to do in Cocoa Beach. It would be helpful if the tvs had a list of channels available so you would not have to channel search to find different shows or news channels. Her unit is on the second floor and very quiet. Two sets of concrete steps to consider if you have trouble climbing stairs. Overall, my sister and I really enjoyed our stay at Kim’s condo😃.

Nice place

Good overall experience with the condo and owner. Had a few small hiccups that were no fault of owner that were resolved easily. Only complaint wasn’t with the condo but the pool it was extremely sandy on bottom and I never saw it cleaned while we were there. I saw them check chemicals once. The beach was an easy walk and boardwalk was well maintained. Overall I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Wonderful

I had a wonderful time with my kids at Cocoa Beach. This property was just as described, great location, comfortable, relaxing, beautiful and clean. Kim was an excellent host from the beginning of the booking process until the day we left.

Great condo in Cocoa Beach

This 2 bedroom condo was a great fit for our family. Easy beach access, pool, and close to fun local restaurants. Location was good and host was very responsive and helpful.

Vacation Paradise

Loved our stay here!! The unit was very clean and the decor was perfect. We had everything we needed for our stay. The cleaning lady prior to our visit informed the owner that she was low on toilet paper and she had it delivered the next day. I'd recommend family's to stay here for the great location and atmosphere. On site management was very polite and friendly as well.

Great Place and Super Convenient

We enjoyed our stay at Avon by the Sea. Was very convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery. The unit itself was stocked very nicely with many sundry and convenience items. We left a few ourselves. The only issue we had was that the floors did not appear to be cleaned properly. We used the Wet Swifter to clean where it was dirty. Also all the throw rugs could use a cleaning, however with a rental unit that may be difficult. Our host was very easy to work with I enjoyed dealing with her.

Very relaxing and comfortable condo

I loved everything about this condo- the comfortable furniture, easy beach access, great pool. The condo was stocked with basic essentials which I appreciated very much. The owner was extremely accommodating and easy to get in touch with if any problems arose. 10/10 would stay here again! Thanks Kim!
