This property was just as described. It was the perfect location and space for our family. The condo was clean and well equipped. The owner was great at communicating. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed and the second bedroom is great for kids. Thank you!

A lovely stay at a perfect location! We’ve stayed in the same complex before, but this was the first time in this unit. Well furnished and had everything you’d need in the kitchen. We appreciated the beach chairs, body boards, beach umbrella, and beach towels. Kim was so gracious and responsive. Would definitely recommend the location, complex, condo, and host!

The view of the ocean was awesome. So close, the pictures are spot on. The condo host Kim is very friendly and responsive. Condo is super clean and has all the things to make a great vacation. Pool and grounds are very well maintained. Best location. I loved just sitting on the balcony watching cruise ships go by in the distance.

Stayed there with my wife for a short weekend and found the place very neat and tidy, a very well equipped kitchen and a nice view out the balcony facing the pool and beach view on the left; easy walk to the pier and close to everything including all of Cocoa Beaches main attractions. My wife like the fact that Kim had everything labeled and directions for just about everything you would need or want; Kim’s communication and follow through were excellent all the way through and we really enjoyed our stay!

I cannot recommend this condo enough! The host was absolutely amazing, she worked with our vacation schedule and made things a breeze. The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped. Location was great, we were able to walk to eat and drink. Highly recommended!!!

This condo is absolutely amazing It was honestly one of the CLEANEST ones I have ever stayed at and im picky because I own a cleaning buisness myself. Its even better than the pictures and closer to the pool and the beach then it looks in the pictures. We loved that it was secluded and there weren't many people around. We had the pool basically to ourselves the whole time and the parking was so close to the condo it was perfect! 10/10 The host is also amazing and communicated very well even offering to let us have a late checkout which is basically unheard of! She also checked in multiple times throughout the stay to see if we needed anything.

Great condo in Cocoa Beach

This 2 bedroom condo was a great fit for our family. Easy beach access, pool, and close to fun local restaurants. Location was good and host was very responsive and helpful.
