Fly fishing was a wonderful experience and the shops in nearby Sylva weee friendly, varied and really fun. We would recommend this home to everyone

Very beautiful little cabin, right on the river excellent trout fishing the cabin was well stocked with everything you could think of very clean we will come back highly recommend this little cabin is very nice and close to town and all the little shops, and restaurants

We loved this home and our 2 night stay. It is close to my son at grad school and I will definitely return. I’m thrilled I found my place to stay when I visit him. Comfy, clean, great porch, and the little touches made it an exceptional find. Thanks for the coffee, snacks, and toiletries.

This house was in a perfect location for visiting our daughter at WCU. The house is so clean and comfortable we didn’t want to leave. Everything we could have asked for in a weekend getaway. We will definitely look to see if the River House is available on our next visit to Cullowhee/Sylva.

The property was perfect, the check in was so easy and fishing everywhere. Places to shop was close by we spent a day in Cherokee. The host made it all easy, we will definitely make our way back here again

Quiet, relaxing atmosphere just what we were looking for. Owners were very gracious leaving toiletries and a stocked coffee, snack bar. Property is directly across the street from the river which my husband was able to access for some quiet fly fishing. It rain every day we were there but it really didn’t matter because we enjoyed the space we were in.
