5. Report any damage immediately.

GENERAL INFO:

- Please do not mail any packages to the property.

- If the key fob or parking pass provided is lost, there will be a $250 replacement fee for each.

- Early check-in is available from 12:00 - 1:59 PM for $60 or 2:00 - 3:59 PM for $30, based on availability—just check with us the day before your arrival.

Guests will have access to all shared amenities that the property has to offer. This includes a 24-hour fitness center, Swimming pool and sundeck (Open year-round | 10 AM – 10 PM), outdoor courtyards with a fire pit, rooftop entertainment lounge, clubhouse with billiards and TV, business center with printer, enclosed parking garage, BBQ grilling stations, coffee station, and games like pool table and cornhole.
