Really good spot very convenient within walking distance to the pier and some great eating places. Everything is as advertised. Exceeded all expectations would recommend this place to anyone.

Family vacation

The family really enjoyed their time spent at the beach house. Plenty of room for everyone. The private bathrooms were a plus. Family is ready to return again next year.

Great place!

Great location, views, and stay. We had several children and family members on this vacation. We had a wonderful family vacation and would stay again. The communication with the owner was quick and efficient. I would recommend Surfside and this home for your vacation!

Great place., Very Clean.. updated nicely

Family of 12 had a great week. Place is ultra clean and very well equipped.. only thing lacking was a few wine glasses but easy to pick some up. Going back again next year.

Great location

Great location and access to all Surfside Beaches amenities. The ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom wobbles. Air ducts/grates were obviously dusty and in need of cleaning and the broom for the floors needs replaced. We had a wonderful stay and love the house!

Birthday celebration at the beach

We had a wonderful stay. We celebrated my wife's 80th birthday. View from porch of the beach, dunes, and morning sunrise was beautiful. Beachside porch was shaded from hot sun in afternoon.

Spring break getaway

We had a great spring break trip at Sunswept. The layout was perfect for our group of 13. The location of this house was great, in short walking distance to newly open Surfside Beach pier and many nearby restaurants. Short drive up to grocery stores and many other restaurants. The beach was not crowded, but the weather was a little on the chilly side. The kids and adults enjoyed the heated pool which was shielded from the wind. Would stay again

Wonderful place!

This place was amazing. We have stayed in a lot of different beach houses. This one is in the top 2. Clean. Spacious! The only thing slightly negative was the water pressure was low in some of the showers at times! But this is not uncommon. We were very pleased and will definitely inquire about staying again when we return to Surfside. My standards are high and we highly recommend this property.

20th Anniversary Get Away

The house was the perfect size for all of us. John was very responsive as the host. The tropical storm put a bit of a damper on the trip because water got in the house through some broken seals on windows and the sliding glass door. There was also a strange odor that is possibly mold but im just guessing. Overall the location was perfect. We had a wonderful time.

Family vacay

Location, location, location! It's located within walking distance of a few restaurants and shops. It has beautiful oceanfront views and the size was perfect for our family. But the house needs some updates, the outside needs paint and the striping around the windows was falling off. Also, there was black mold in one of the upstairs bedrooms.

Sunswept!!!!

We travelled with the whole family! Our three kids, their spouses and our 5 grandkids! We had an amazing week at the house!!! Everything was as described! There was plenty of room for all! It was very clean! With the pool and the beach and the great little town of Surfside beach… we couldn’t ask for more! Polling the family… including the kids ranging in age from 9-2 … EVERYONE gave the vacation a “10”!!!!John was very responsive. We will 100% stay again! John, thank you for sharing your piece of Paradise with us!!!!!
