Wonderful location for this time of year. The convenience of having a pool and quick access to beach was great. Beach view was awesome. No swimming in ocean for us, lots of sharks this time. However, we did enjoy a lot of beach time. Upstairs queen bedroom connected to twin bed room could really use an upgrade to the queen mattress. This house met our needs and we would recommend it.

Really beautiful property. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and when traveling with multiple families it’s a wonderful accommodation. Set up perfect for in multiple people. Nice design and calming colors We had a wonderful time everything worked as designed Thank you for a great week Debbie

The house was very roomy and well equipped. The owner was very responsive. The view of the beach was beautiful and the pier is just a short walk. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, our family of 10 had a fabulous time during our stay at Sunswept. The location cannot be beat and the home was clean and exactly as pictured! However, for the price you pay, we felt there were some things that could be improved. The house sleeps 16, but yet there is only seating for 7 in the living room. They could easily add another couch and chair in there. It would be nice if there were a few more chairs out on the deck and by the pool as well. Out of all the places we have stayed, this placed was the least stocked when it came to the kitchen and bathrooms. The 2 king beds definitely need to be upgraded. The box spring mattresses squeaked every time you rolled over. These things were not deal breakers for us, but could make the overall experience better for guests.

This house is in a perfect location. Being on the beach is clutch, but also being able to walk to the pier a food and ice cream and shopping is an huge plus. Additionally, the house is just the right size for a three generation vacation.

Surfside family vacation

Loved the location. House was beautifully decorated. Short walk to beach was a definite plus for our grandchildren. Pool was enjoyed by all.

Travel to Surfside/ Garden City area every year for the past 15 years. Usually book with a realty company, first time using Vrbo for our annual trip. Enjoyed our stay. Owner responded to questions promptly and check in was super simple!
