Plus this place peacefully located near the Deep eluum bar streets,you dont have to deal with parking or expensive rideshares just a walking distance.Also Tom thumb is just cross the street, accessing to I-35 and hwy 75 just takes in a minute and you are right next downtown Dallas

Only thing is to have a better understanding of the layout of the complex. A little heads up that the only way to access the building is through the street even when you are parked in the complex.

For a downtown area hotel this property is quiet. There is a grocery store within walking distance and the major streets are not busy with heavy traffic around the area. It’s excellent if you are looking for a place to stay near Baylor. The owner is very responsive. Two things people should be aware of is the apartment is on the third floor and you have to park in the gated area and then walk around to the front to get to the apartment. I do not recommend parking on the street because it does get crowded with cars and people walking.

I picked this place because its very centric of Deep eluum crazy night life at the same time close to both DFW and love fields airports, plus you are right next to downtown Dallas that being close to all the nice upscale restaurants, museums, convention centers, shops,malls and all other activities and my place is still very peaceful and restful place even its that much close to all those activities. I offer private parking garage for your convenience.
