NAVIGATING THE AREA
The Bay Runner is a new, open-air trolley that provides complimentary service seven days a week, until midnight, with multiple stops along the way between Lido Key, St. Armands Circle, and downtown Sarasota!

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: **This property is pet friendly but must be approved by Host before rental.

2. No Smoking on the property. We want our guest to have a clean environment to stay at.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

4. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Tropical Breeze!

5. This property is equipped with pool heat. Heat is turned on from Dec 1st through April 1st and is included with your stay at no extra cost. The FL sunshine does an incredible job at warming the pool for stays outside of these dates. Any request for pool heat outside of these dates will be considered individually and will incur an extra fee.

Guest access
The guest will have exclusive access to the entire property except for the owner closet and garden shed during their stay!

As a condition of renting this property, the Guest agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Landlord/Hosts and the Owner of the Property from all liabilities, including but not limited to injuries, fines, suits, claims, demands, and actions of any kind or nature, arising to the Guest or any member of their party, including invitees, from any cause whatsoever.

Please note we have pool service and lawn service weekly and our technicians will need access to the pool and lawn on a weekly basis to keep things clean for our guests.

Please also note the pool is not caged. As a result leaves and debris may fall in the pool between cleanings every Thursday. We do have a skimmer on site for guests to use if the leaves and debris get bad but fortunately the leaves don't impact the chemistry of the pool so the pool is safe for swimming. Thank you for understanding that there is nothing we can do to prevent the wind from blowing and the trees to drop leaves etc.
