Great location and having a free shuttle available was wonderful. It was within walking distance to Main Street. Host was very responsive, place was comfortable and clean. The resort has a lot to offer as well.

Checking in was easy, the place was clean with lots of cozy blankets. Easy access to the chair lifts, ski lockers, and hot tub!!!

Great property for our first time visit to Breckenridge. Just as described, Tim was very responsive to any request and made every accommodation. Skiing is great, easy walk to slopes and town. Would highly recommend!

Super easy access to the slopes and the city of Breckenridge. Loved being able to ski-out. Tim and Shannon were incredibly responsive and helpful. Definitely will plan to return for more phenomenal skiing!

Wonderful Stay — Especially With My Two Labs!I had a wonderful stay in this Breckenridge condo, and Tim was an exceptional host from beginning to end. His communication was terrific, he has a great sense of humor, and he went out of his way to make both me and my two Labrador girls feel welcome.Before I even arrived, Tim let me know the condo was ready early — and joked that he was also getting text messages from my pups and thought they were very cute. That pretty much set the tone for the stay!Tim even shared his personal cell number so I could use his local discounts for groceries and gas and offered me a late checkout. Those thoughtful touches made this feel much more personal than the typical vacation rental.The condo was comfortable and welcoming, in a great location with beautiful mountain views. I enjoyed a gorgeous sunset and even the full moon over the mountains from the deck.The only hiccup was the Beaver Run check-in process, which was a bit cumbersome, but that was completely separate from Tim and not a reflection on him as the owner.Tim genuinely cares about his guests — including the four-legged ones!Greggie, Hope and I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Tim!

The condo was great. Excellent amenities and you can snap your skis right on and ski out the door and the host was phenomenal.

Phenomenal property located just uphill of main street. Easy walk to all the restaurants and shops, and convenient bus stop located at Beaver Run when we didn't want to walk back uphill

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time in Breck and the host was wonderful and gave lots of tips and tricks. Location was 10/10. Overall perfect. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Resort

We loved the room and resort! The ski in/out was super easy! The hot tub was awesome after skiing all day and was easy to get too. The property owner was very responsive and made our trip extremely enjoyable. We will be back!
