Our family has owned our Breckenridge vacation home for over twenty years renting to families who like the convenience of staying at a premier resort community without paying the premium of such a hotel. Our unit offers two very nice sleeping areas that can sleep 4 comfortably.

Being our guest at our unit includes the same amenities that you would receive if you came to our our home. We provide the use of two cotton robes, a selection of coffee and teas for your morning for your daily Winter activity in this beautiful area. We recently installed black out drapes so that if you are a late sleeper, you can enjoy a darkened room. Plus we have added additional storage and shelf space for your visit. It will have extra soap, shampoo, skin cream if you should need additional during your visit.

In addition, you receive all the amenities offered by Beaver Run Resort which includes the indoor outdoor heated pool with several hot tubs plus workout facilities give you time to relax and rejuvenate. The Resort has a tennis court and putt putt golf course, free wifi, 200 channel tv system with two tv's. plus dvd/blu ray player in living room. Upgraded utensils and several outside grills allow for plenty of mealtime choices for your family. Kitchen has stove top , small refrigerator and dishwasher in unit. A selection of games are available for those rainy day afternoons. Beaver Run Resort offers full service hotel amenities with several restaurants onsite plus food store/ gift shop for extra items plus self service Washer and Dryer and ice machine on the first floor.
If you are looking for a beautiful location with comfortable beds, then 4429 Beaver Run Resort is your destination!!
Extra $36 plus taxes and resort fees for daily parking during ski season(Nov 15, 2022 - April 20, 2023. Dates and amounts subject to change). At all other times a $10 per day daily charge. Payment made directly to Beaver Run Resort at check in. Only one car guaranteed parking.

This place is an excellent place to stay. It is true ski in and out. You step out the back door from the ski lockers and snap in. Great communication with the manager/owner definitely would highly recommend this unit. Great pool, hot tubs, and steam room.

Great location!

We stayed at Beaver Run for the kids' spring break. Perfect location for easy ski access and walking into town. Was nice to have just enough kitchen to take care of breakfast and lunch most days to save some and time. We had two kids, a dog and two adults... so used every inch of the place. It felt a little tight but worked for us. The property has great amenities. Love the pools and hot tubs!

Great and Cute Property

So close to the slopes, hot tubs, pools, in-Beaver Run restaurants and small shop. Was very nice to have the kitchenette to make meals, and the family room was great to wind down with the kids. The property manager was very helpful, informative, and quick to respond.

Beautiful Resort

We loved the room and resort! The ski in/out was super easy! The hot tub was awesome after skiing all day and was easy to get too. The property owner was very responsive and made our trip extremely enjoyable. We will be back!

Amazing Stay!!!!

We had a blast! The place was perfect! We were right next to the elevators that take us straight down to the ski lockers and lift! Super easy in and out! Tim was an amazing host! He was super communicative and super nice! Can’t wait to come back for two weeks next ski season! Thank you Tim! Shalom!!!

Great condo!

We had a great time celebrating our anniversary in Breckenridge and staying at this awesome condo! It was clean, had a great location close to downtown and had a beautiful view of the mountains. We will definitely be staying here again. Tim gave some great tips on things to do and places to eat!

Weekend getaway

Very nice place. Great sunrise and views of the mountains. The city bus is the way to get around town. Easy to find.

Snow, snow and snow

This place was amazing. Ski slope out your room. Hot tub, swimming pools, and ski slopes what more could you ask far. Walking distance to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Everything was great. Highly recommend.

Convenient Ski in/Ski out condo

This condo was my favorite all time place to stay at any ski area so far due to it’s awesome ski in / ski out conveniences. Other places, you still have to walk a considerable distance in ski boots, but not here. It’s literally steps from ski locker to the slope. Other pluses were comfortable beds (even the futon was plenty comfortable for my 235 lb body), nice shower, adequate space to store your items. One other note, Beaver Run is obviously a bit older than the lodges at Peak 7 and 8, but I noticed the Peak 9 ski runs weren’t as crowded as the runs on Peaks 7/8 (which during Spring Break is a big plus!). We would definitely stay here again if coming to Breckenridge. Our doggies loved it too.

Super convenient location

The studio is right by the elevator down to the ski lockers for quick slope access via Beaver Run or Quicksilver lifts. We loved that the shower, toilet, and sink area were all separate so no one had to fight over access to the bathroom or trip over each other. There were lots of teas and coffees, and kitchen staples (like salt, pepper, seasoning, oil, cooking spray, sugar, etc.). The resort has a free on-demand shuttle to, from, and around the Main St. shopping area and the bus picks up right out front. Tim was full of helpful tips for our first trip to Breck, and was very responsive. Thank you!

SO CONVENIENT TO THE SLOPES!

There is nothing better than to have your rental literally right next to the ski slopes. This unit is on the 4th floor and is just about 10 feet from the elevators that take you to the ski locker room that is only about 25 feet away and then its up 2 steps and out the door where you put on your skis and ski about 50 yards to the Beaver Run Superchair Lift...can't get much closer than that. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. It only comfortably fits a couple with its king bed...which was perfect for us. The shower is very large and seems to have been remodeled recently. There are a few things that I feel I should mention that may or may not make a difference to a prospective renter. I was able to view another unit that our friends stayed in that was a remodeled version which created a much larger kitchen and seated counter area. The exchange was made with the shower area which is a bit smaller in our friends' unit but the increased space you get in the kitchen is well worth it especially because you are then given a full size refrigerator and trash bin pullout instead of a dorm size refrigerator and bathroom sized trash can that we had in our unit. I was also a bit disappointed in the lack of space for our luggage and no multiple heavy duty hooks for towels, jackets, etc. We made it work, but any storage that was available in closets already had items there. Overall, it is a good place to stay that is so close to the slopes which is EVERYTHING to me on a ski trip.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful time in Breck and the host was wonderful and gave lots of tips and tricks. Location was 10/10. Overall perfect. Would stay here again.

We cannot wait until next year to visit again!

We recently stayed at Tim’s condo at Beaver Run. The condo's proximity to the elevator makes accessing the ski lockers effortless. Just a quick trip downstairs, grab your skis, and you're ready for a day on the slopes. It's incredibly convenient!!! Tim was exceptionally responsive and demonstrated remarkable generosity as an owner. We ran into travel difficulties (due to the snowstorm) and needed an extra night at the last minute. Tim went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking outstanding hospitality.

Nice & Convenient place

Enjoyed our stay here... location is outstanding and convenient with the ski in and ski out. Although it is small, it is perfect for 2 people...Beaver Run shuttle drivers were outstanding.... and very accommodating. We left the car parked for the whole week! kitchen is small, but big enough for quick breakfast and lunch. Shower is nice size and bright Communication with Tim the owner was very good as well. Week went by way too fast.

Fun family vacation

We love Breckenridge because it is family and dog friendly. Our family had a wonderful 5 nights in this condo. Everything we needed was provided. The condo is well stocked and the pools and hot tubs are amazing. The owner is very friendly and attentive. This would also be the perfect condo for a winter trip as the chairlift for skiing runs right by it. We would love to return.

Beaver Run

Had a great experience staying at this property! Love how close to downtown it was, we walked everywhere the whole time and never used the car. The owner was so great to work with and responded my quickly to questions (and he was even out of the country). Recommend this property!

Originally from Upstate New York town of Worcester, New York, not to be confused with Worcester, Massachusetts, I moved to Dallas and purchased this condo in 1994 and have used this property as my second home. Since I know live in California, we go to Lake Tahoe just about an hour away but only go to Breckenridge after the snow season n California. I have twin girls and my wife and we hope you enjoy our home as well as you do.

I have looked to upgrade this unit for many years but still love the unit as it is. I also enjoy renting the unit and meeting new people as I do it. In the past, I had a rental company rent the unit to thousands of unnamed individuals. Now, as these new people come, they become our extended family. The unit is very comfortable and with the new coffee maker and water with the cotton robes, we try to make the unit as comfortable as you can like you were coming to my home. We will be upgrading the unit over time but like the location to the hill as one of those great gems.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Beaver Run Resort is a 5 star resort. Although built in the late 1970s, it has kept up with the time offering screaming fast internet and cable tv for those days you might be locked up in the unit. Laundry facilities are downstairs and in the winter, you receive ski lockers giving you direct ski in ski out access.
