Welcome to your perfect Fredericksburg getaway! Das Treff Platz is a spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home offering over 2,200 sq. ft. of beautifully designed living space, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests. Whether you're planning a family retreat or a weekend escape with friends, this home has everything you need to relax and reconnect.
Unwind in the cozy living room, prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen, or spend the day outdoors beneath towering trees, soaking in the hot tub. Located just 2 blocks from Main Street and 9 blocks from the heart of town, the walk into town is easy and slightly downhill (coming back is a little more of a workout!). Two of the best spots for live music and dining are only about 5 blocks away.
Want to explore even more? Biking is a great option—just be sure to stay off sidewalks and have working lights for safety.

GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION
We had a great time and the house was perfect for what we needed. The host was available for our questions and everything was clean and nice. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

A very nice spacious place with great location
Overall outstanding Snd would definitely stay there again Patio furniture needs upgrading as cushions are old otherwise lovely venue

Bachelorette trip
We stayed at this party for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect. We had enough Diane for everyone, the house is nice and they had cookies and fresh flowers waiting on us when we arrived! We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait for a trip back to Fredericksburg!

Family fun!
This property was perfect for our large family group. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the common areas were great for gathering together. The large fenced backyard was so fun for the grandkids to run and play in!

Awesome House!
This property was perfect for hosting our group of 12 for a bachelorette weekend! Plenty of space for us. And the homemade lemon cake was amazing!
