Beautiful property with a 3 minute walk to the beach, Great location, the property is impeccably maintained and our condo was perfect for our stay. Adrienne was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to coming back here. We love the area and can't wait to return!

Excellent location for a family beach vacation, the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing we had to bring was our food and drinks, everything else was provided. I would highly recommend it, 10 out of 10

Clean and well-stocked and decorated. Only downside was cheap and not effective drapes especially upstairs. Good location and great beach access.

The host was very helpful in everything this was my first time renting a condo so everything i ask her was help ful we had trouble with the garage door and she was there to see what was wrong right away it just needed battery changed but she had it fix right away I give this host a 10 out of 10 will rent with her again

Everything was amazing but the beds were uncomfortable. Maybe they need new mattresses. But everything else was amazing!

Hosts were excellent to work with! Responded quickly and confirmed that we got in ok. Excellent walking location to beach - did not have to go off property onto a street to get to beach. Nice perk to have the two pools available as well as being so centrally located to everything in St Augustine (not that we left the beach much....LOL). Condo was extremely soundproof and did not hear any noises from other condos in area or people even in the pool when the doors were shut. Highly recommend and will be keeping this property on our short list of favorite places to stay for next time!

2 bedroom 2 full bath condo in a complex along the beach. It is a two level unit with living room, kitchen, dining area and first full bath on the ground floor. There is also a lovely patio overlooking the common area and one of the two swimming pools. It is a convenient walk to the beach over and through dunes. You cannot see the water from this unit. In fact, I don't know that you would even be able to see the water from the oceanfront units, unless you were on the second floor due to the size of the dunes. The second floor houses the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has two either queen or full size beds. There is no master suite. It is a shared full bath on the second floor. Bathrooms have been nicely renovated. Both bedrooms have decks, one overlooking common area and pool and one looking out onto the parking lot and mini golf course beyond. The day we arrived the complex parking lot was flooded due to heavy rains related to a tropical storm system. Manager helped us through the event and was responsive. The downgrade in rating is due to the king bed. My wife and I are used to firmer mattresses and the king bed is very soft. I am sure it is a personal preference type of thing, but my wife and I moved to the other bedroom and had one of our kids sleep in the marshmallow bed. Great location on A1A. Close to Publix and Mayday Ice Cream. Half mile walk to Kookaburra Coffee. All in all we had a very nice get away.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed for a long weekend and honestly we were only there to sleep the rest of the time we were with family. But if you need a place to stay this is it!

The condo was perfect, very clean, very accessible to the pool and beach, furniture and beds were very comfortable and the host was always available.
