The vacation rental is located in northern Berlin in a very green and stylish residential neighborhood. You can look forward to a fully equipped, cozy apartment with a balcony, 43 square meters of living space, and plenty of room for 2 people.
There is also a partially covered parking space for vehicles up to approximately 2.10 meters in height and with a maximum weight of 3 metric tons, located behind a gate directly on the property.

The apartment is located in a large apartment building, whose units are used partly by a hotel operation and partly for private use—as is the case with this apartment.
The spacious building entrance and the elevator are shared by all residents. Hotel-exclusive areas, such as the reception desk and the basement breakfast area, are reserved for hotel guests.

Via a few steps or, alternatively, a ramp, you’ll pass through the spacious entryway
directly to the elevator, which takes you to the second floor.
Once there, the apartment is located on the right side of a lovingly designed, covered courtyard.

You enter the apartment through a hallway with a coat closet. From here, you can go to the bedroom, the bathroom, or the living room with an open kitchen and a balcony.

About the location:
The nearest tram stop (M1) is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. During the day, this line runs every 10 minutes and takes you directly to the popular Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood (Eberswalder Straße, Kastanienallee, Mauerpark—the trip takes about 15–20 minutes).
Or you can simply stay on the tram and continue on to Hackescher Markt (about 30 minutes)—the perfect starting point for exploring Berlin’s historic city center. Museum Island and Alexanderplatz are nearby, and a walk takes you along the grand boulevard “Unter den Linden” to Pariser Platz and the Brandenburg Gate. Just a few minutes’ drive out of the city, you can discover Brandenburg’s diverse natural landscapes.
