Great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and conveniently located, with the added bonus of a garage for indoor parking. Check-in and check-out were easy, communication was excellent, and everything was accurately described. We especially appreciated the labeled light switches—a thoughtful and helpful touch! We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful and peaceful house! We loved our family stay at this location. It was close to town and the Lake. It was cozy and comfortable and fully stocked.

The place was in great location, near Grand Lake. It was spacious. Few things that really bugged us:1. Property was not thoroughly cleaned. We found food scraps under the bunk beds 2. We found hair strands on the beds 3. The garage door couldn’t lock from the inside 4. Dish washer was not emptied and we had to put the dishes away ourselves. 5. Some wear and tear that shouldn’t be there for a property with this price range, for example: dining room chair had some broken pieces, no tablespoons available and all cups are plastic, no glass.6. Some curtains were broken, closet door broken and didn’t close properly, lights flickering in the bedrooms. We just wish the property was more well maintained, especially for the price we paid.

Thanks for the feedback — I’m sorry 21 GCR 4435 didn’t meet expectations. I apologize for the cleaning issues (food scraps, hair, and the dishwasher left full); I’ve notified our housekeeping team and we’re reinforcing turnover checklists and retraining to prevent this. Maintenance has been informed about the garage door lock, broken dining chair and closet door, torn curtains, and flickering bedroom lights, and we’ve scheduled repairs and an electrician visit. We’re also replacing missing utensils and adding glassware so the kitchen is better stocked for future guests. Thank you for letting us know — we appreciate the detail and will use it to improve.

An annual tradition

We love coming to this very nice house in a great location for Grand Lake and Grand County activities. It suits our needs perfectly and will be back.

We stayed for a week with our family. The property was exactly as it was advertised. We did a lot of hiking, boating, and atv rides. Our family had a blast! The house was a great place to come back to rest after a day full of adventure!
