We had a great family trip staying in this condo! It was exactly as described, the beds were comfy, the view was great, and we had everything we needed. The cleaning was a little iffy but nothing disgusting and the sheets and linens seemed super fresh. We loved having the option of an indoor or outdoor pool!

This was perfect for our beach getaway. It was conveniently located to some great places to eat and the beach was incredible. The host communication was excellent and the inside of the unit was decorated tastefully and had all the necessary amenities that we needed. Would definitely consider booking with this host again. Great experience from beginning to end!

Thank you for sharing this. I’m very sorry your stay at TW703 - Tidewater 703 fell short of expectations. I’ve escalated your reservation to our operations team and the owner for immediate review. Actions we are taking now: - Open a priority investigation to review the reservation, check‑in, and communication records to identify any issues you experienced. - Schedule an inspection of the unit to verify condition, cleanliness, and any maintenance concerns; open work orders as needed. - Review vendor and response timelines to determine if service or communication delays occurred and update procedures to prevent repeats. - Review access and security records if applicable to confirm there was no unauthorized entry. - Review your stay for appropriate compensation and will follow up through your Vrbo message thread with next steps. Please send any photos, timestamps, or additional details via your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and expedite the investigation. I’m sorry this affected your trip and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
