It was a very pleasant surprise when we entered the house…cleanliness and lake view! The house was so comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and everything was so clean. The beds are so comfortable. It was great having access to the beach.

Beautiful location - lovely home - lots of fun! The kitchen has more equipment than any other VRBO I have stayed in - so made it extra easy for cooking and preparing everything! Great layout - lots of places to sit inside and out - furnishings very cozy! Loved it!!!

Excellent Vacation Property

This is an all inclusive property well appointed with everything you could need for a wonderful vacation. The onsite pickle and basketball court was a lovely addition to our stay and we used it many times. The views of the lake are incredible. Neighborhood is very nice with friendly neighbors. Excellent for large groups and families.

Beautiful home, beautiful view!

Homeowners have thought of everything in this home, best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in, most comfortable beds EVER and the location is a dream come true. Breathtaking area, plenty to do, great space for our group of ten to share a few days together enjoying the lakefront.

Fantastic stay in a BEAUTIFUL home

My friends and I had an excellent stay in the home. It is an incredible and beautiful home. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and so many fun activities around the house. Everyone I was with agreed we should try and stay there again next year.

Perfect get away!

The house was a perfect home away from home. Great location to explore the towns along Lake Michigan. Beautiful views and quiet community. Even though there currently isn’t beach access, the beaches are close and hopefully stairs/access will be built for next season.

Awesome Girl’s weekend location!!

Great location to enjoy all of the cities along the lake. The lake view and sunsets were breath taking! Beds were very comfortable and house was well. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Only small issue was the Wi-Fi was hard to connect to (couldn’t see the box to check). Would stay again!!!

Overall - nice family reunion!

The initial view when you first walk-in is stunning with views of Lake Michigan! The home served our extended family reunion well. Might wanna do the stair stepper before going 😉 155 stairs down and up to the beach. Our family enjoyed the pickleball court, firepit, porches, all the bedrooms, game area, etc. Thanks for hosting our family reunion

Great Stay!

We had our extended family on this trip- 8 adults and 4 kids- and had a fantastic time! Everything in the house felt very high end and it was well equipped. The steps to the beach were more than we anticipated (I counted 150!) One member of our party has a surgery coming up and wasn't able to walk down so we primarily used the South Haven public beaches instead- but it was still great. Loved the view, the fire pit, the sport court, the cozy kitchen, and basement game table.

Park Place, South Haven

We loved the spaciousness of the house and yard. It was very open and stocked; all the cooking utensils you would need. So much seating inside and outside. Games and fire pit, with available wood. Able to watch sunsets from front porch. Wi-Fi and phone connections not always available. But our family loved the place!

Perfect Family Getaway

Amazing place. VERY clean, neat, and everything in its place. Inside was well furnished with everything we needed. Lots of games, puzzles, and extra soft beds. All bathrooms very clean and up to date. Plenty of space for all of us. Loved the decorations, very cozy and relaxing. Lots of area outside to relax or play. Kids ran and ran on owners property. Very nice pickleball court-they have all the supplies. We enjoyed the exercise and challenges against each other. Two very nice fire pits. One by the house, one across the road in a nice wooded area. We spent our time there in the evenings making pizza burgers and smores on the fire. Seen deer every morning along with the beautiful view of the lake. Wonderful place. Will be back soon.

Fantastic house!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. Clean, comfortable and welll equipped. The pickle ball court was a great addition. Our only issue was customer service regarding WiFi access. After several calls and texts it took three days for someone to finally come out from local VaCasa office and show us that we needed to click on an invisible button on the log-in page on our iPhones. That could have been explained with a phone call on the first day. I recommend they add that explanation for future guests. We had several people in our group that depend on WiFi access for their businesses.

Great house and location - Wifi not working right

House was great - very comfy for us and the 3 other couples we went with, plenty of room to spread apart and have our own space. Beds were comfortable and kitchen extremely well stocked. The only issue was the the wifi took 4 hours to connect to - the box is 'hidden' on the term and conditions page. We had some business to conduct so that was very inconvenient and a hassle with talking to Vacasa people about it. They should make a note of this and explain it to future guests. Once we found that out, the wifi was 'ok' but not great. NOT a big issue if you don't have to work but it was for us. The house is great though would stay again, now I know about the connection issue and not bring business with me. OR go to the Cafe' in town, great coffee shop with internet. Would recommend to friends and family.

Peaceful Park Place

There were so many things to like about this house, but what we loved the most was the peaceful setting and how the home features allowed you to enjoy it. The home had everything we wanted — an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining room and family room that allowed our family to always be together; good-sized bedrooms with large beds in each; all the kitchen utensils you need to cook almost any meal; a large Weber gas grill; a deck and patio with a spectacular lake view and plenty of chairs and a solo stove for night time fires; and a very nice pickle ball court in the back yard that our family really enjoyed. The home is tastefully decorated and beautiful. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The distance from downtown South Haven was about 10-15 minutes, which is close enough to enjoy the town. The one thing we wish this home/neighborhood had was a staircase that took you to the lake. You can take a short walk on a path to view the lake from on top of a large hill, but there’s no way to get to it the beach/lake. But that’s not a deal breaker for our family. We highly recommend this home and we will be back!
