Our group of 4 senior siblings and spouses spent a week enjoying this spacious, comfortable and clean home. Although our week was chilly, we enjoyed the pool and the fire pit as weather permitted. The location was great, only a short drive to town and shopping. We highly recommend this lovely rental.

Beautiful property with an outdoor pool. Family of twelve stayed for a long weekend in October. We made full use of the deck and the fire pit, and played cornhole on the magnificently manicured backyard.Meals, games and long family discussions were held at the dining room table. The space has all the updated amenities and is just a clean and beautiful home.Bob, thank you for your gracious hospitality and clear communication. If we get back to South Haven we most certainly are staying in one of your properties.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. I loved the small details like coasters on all the tables, placemats, plenty of dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper & laundry detergent. The ping-pong table was a hit. The pool was very clean and we definitely used the noodles. The neighborhood was quiet and the whole family enjoyed our time there.

Amazing property - brand new everything! Very well equipped with everything you need; better than some other properties I've rented (extras of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and hand soap in every bathroom). The pool and outside area was amazing as well. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a large family or a girls weekend with friends! The only downside is it is outside of town and not walkable to anything - the drive is only a few miles and was not a problem for us. Thanks again!

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this house. The home was extremely clean, modern, and very well maintained. We were actually surprised to learn it was already two years old because everything still felt so new.The host was very attentive and communicated clearly with us throughout the stay. Any minor issues with the house were explained to us ahead of time, which we really appreciated. Check-in was effortless, and the keyless entry worked perfectly. The pool was clean and enjoyable, the bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed, and the commercial-style washer and dryer upstairs were a really nice bonus. We also appreciated how straightforward the house rules were. There were no excessive checkout requirements or long cleaning lists—just reasonable expectations to leave the home in good condition, with the rest taken care of after departure.Overall, it was a seamless experience from beginning to end and allowed us to simply enjoy our vacation without having to worry about our accommodations. We would happily stay here again.

This property is beautiful! The house is well-equipped with most everything you may need and is extremely clean. The lot is private and beautiful with space between neighbors. Our group absolutely loved spending time at the pool so much that we never made it to the beach (though it is only a short drive away should you want to).

We had a great stay at Bob’s!! The house is beautiful, very clean, even better than the pictures and incredibly comfortable for our group of 6! The pool was easy to access, and plenty warm even in the cooler days. Close to town, although good to keep in mind there are really no ubers in the evening so if you’re going to do any drinking I’d suggest planning your rides ahead of time if you don’t have a DD :) Overall it was lovely and we’ll definitely be back!

This was our annual summer Family Vacation. It was a perfect home for the 12 of us (including a 2 1/2 year old). The pool was a great gathering place each day, it was heated but still comfortable even on the very hot days. It was very clean, and the chairs, table and umbrella around the pool make it comfortable for the watchers. It was also nice that the upper deck of the home overlooked the pool, and also had chairs, umbrella and a picnic table. The home itself was pristine, very new. We had never stayed at one where the grill didn't look like it was used very much. Beds were comfortable, and all liked their accommodations. Being close to South Haven was a plus. And the grounds were private and beautiful, lots of green to look at.

We rented this house for a reunion of six lady friends for four nights. The house couldn’t have been more perfect. The six bedrooms allowed each of us our own room, beds and bedding are heavenly. The living area is open concept and perfect for gatherings with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen had all the items needed for cooking along with a beautiful gas range stove. The entire house, property and four gorgeous bathrooms were impeccably clean. Absolutely wonderful house! Beautiful heated pool, very scenic property with gorgeous trees and lawn. We saw a family of deer multiple times in the mornings and evenings,, which only added to the charm. We never used the fire pit only because of the iffy weather but it’s a gorgeous setup as well.Bob was great to work with and very responsive. All six of us were sorry to leave and agreed we have to come back again.

Family Get Away

We stayed at this beautiful home with our family, 6 adult children, two with their spouses and our almost two year old grandson, a total of 11 of us, there was plenty of room. We initially had plans to go into town and also to the beach however we enjoyed this home so much that we chose not to leave at all during our stay. The home was better than expected, spacious, very well appointed, we found everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, the beds were very comfortable, the home was nicely decorated and the pool was heated to the perfect temp for adults and little ones as well. Everything in the home felt very well thought out and high quality. Bob, the host, was extremely responsive to any questions and was a pleasure to work with. I was initially apprehensive about renting this property with no reviews because it is a brand new place but I am so glad we did. This was the perfect place to enjoy time with our family! We spent one entire day outside, swimming and enjoying the deck and pool area. We will be back for sure!!
