Amazing house 1/2 block from Dyckman Beach. Very clean and spacious. Fit 10 adults and 5 kids. Host was very responsive. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay

With our family, we spent several days at this place between Christmas and New Year's. A wonderful place to stay and the hosts were very easy to contact and were very helpful.

This was our second year staying at this Beach House and we love everything about it. Great location - short walk to Beach, to the Park, and to downtown. We have a big family (16 of us), and this space is great for us. We loved sitting on one of the two outdoor decks for our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The kitchen is ideal for cooking for large groups, and we had most meals in. The living space is more than adequate for our group, and both the kids and adults have plenty of space to hang out when not at the beach. This is a great option for large groups and large families. Our agent, Julia, was easy to work with and responsive. We are planning on going back next year !

Great place!

My wife and I came in for a brief stay, the house is in a perfect location for a summer vacation with family and friends, I highly recommend the property to anybody that wants to enjoy what South Haven has to offer.

Wonderful house for a family vacation

Great location across the street from the beach and short walk into town, comfortable beds, lots of areas to sit and play games, fairly well supplied kitchen (lots of big pots, could use some big pans).

Great location and home in South Haven

We loved this home for our group 11! Multiple bedroom choices for families, large home, close to multiple public beaches, walking distance to the marina and a convenience store. We loved it and hope to be back!

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful home to stay in. The location couldn't be beat – beach, town, and bakery all close by. The home comfortably accommodated all twelve of us. And the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities. We all loved our stay here.

All Around Convenience

The house checks every box for a family vacation and the lower level was a great setup for young kids. The location made it easy for us to walk to North Beach or take a stroll into town for coffee/dining/shopping/farmers market. We would stay here again.

Great place to gather for a week or weekend. Fall colors were amazing and all 7 of us could fit on the large sofa in the common area.

Beautiful Space!

Amazing house - exactly as described, if not better! Would recommend staying here! I gave all 5 starts except for 4 stars for the check-in process, as we had issues with the door opening, but we called the property owner & she answered right away and fixed it. I would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Weekend Stay!

We had a perfect weekend celebrating our wedding at this house! It was a great space for entertaining and the location was perfect for also enjoying the beach and downtown south haven. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, beach chairs, etc. and Julia is a great host!

Family Friendly

Loved the different levels of the house. Allowed everyone their own space while still giving us plenty of space to congregate together. Especially loved the kitchen and the supplies needed to enjoy the beach!

This home for our party of 11 with room to spare. Or was clean, smelled fresh and was well appointed with everything at our fingertips. We would return here again.

Spacious, modern home.

We wanted to get away with big family for a long weekend. The house was a great choice. Lovely neighborhood. Lots of space. Owner was very accommodating.

Beautiful house, great location

We had a great time with seven adults, eight kids aged 2-5 at this property! A 15-20 min walk to town, beach right across the street. Great sleeping areas, comfortable and beautiful house. The parking is just for three cars and strict in that you cannot park on the driveway at all for any reason, but it worked out okay for our group.

Perfect Location, Very Clean and Great host!

We rented this home last minute and loved the location (close to the beach, park/playground and short walk downtown). The home was beautiful and perfect for our 3-family group. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy time together and also separately. Amazing host with great communication. We look forward to coming back again soon! Thank you for making our stay welcoming, comfortable and easy!

Wonderful stay!

My extended family and I really enjoyed our stay! We were just a few minutes walk away from the beach, and it was an easy walk to town as well. The house was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. We had a group of 7 adults, 6 kids, and 2 infants, and the house was the perfect size for us all. There were also lots of beach chairs, beach toys, and a wagon to use in the garage. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again for future family vacations!

Excellent location, perfect space for groups

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 5 couples staying for a weekend of cooking and hanging out and this house is perfect for that. Every bedroom was comfortable and clean as was the main floor living area. Great kitchen with all of the utensils, pots and pans, all in great shape. Loved the open feel of the main floor as we spent most of our time there. Watched a great sunset on our first night, just across the street at Dykeman Beach. Would recommend this house to all my friends.

We had the best family vacation at the Parkside Beach House!!! Julia was always quick to respond so check-in went smoothly. We made a lot of memories in the kitchen as we cooked and ate together. The only thing that we did not find was a crockpot but there were so many other dishes, pots and pans that we no longer needed one.The house was as spacious as described and comfortably fit all of our family's ages. We would definitely come back!

We had so much fun staying at this house. It is absolutely stunning with plenty of room for our group to spread out. Everyone thought their beds were really comfortable. The house was stocked with toilet paper, garbage bags etc making our trip a breeze. The kitchen is gorgeous with very nice appliances. Julia is a great host who was very responsive and understanding. It's in a great location, only a few minute walk to the beach and town. I would recommend this house to anyone! Thanks Julia for a great trip where the memories we made will last a life time!

Great for a large family, wonderful location

Beautifully decorated and perfectly located duplex. It’s very large and has all the upgrades! Important to note that if people in your family have mobility issues, the amount of stairs may be difficult for them. When you enter there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor with the garage. Upstairs on the second floor is the kitchen/living/dining area which was HUGE and where we enjoyed most of our stay. The couch was very large and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the chaise lounge by the window. The level above the kitchen and dining had a bedroom, bathroom, and another living area with a TV. It was nice to have the separation of the kitchen and dining level, giving whoever stays on the top level quiet and privacy. There was also a basement level that had good privacy as well but we did not use it because we did not have that many guests with us. LOVED that there was a quaint coffee shop within walking distance, open Friday-Monday. We went there every morning during our stay. The location was perfect, just around the corner from all the shopping and restaurants. Book this place, you’ll love it!
