This was the perfect property for us on our first trip to Glen Arbor. It’s in a very convenient area-within walking distance of so much to do in Glen Arbor. The property is in a beautifully wooded area with a lot of wildlife for your viewing. Everything inside the home is very clean and so well-marked; you’re not left guessing. It was just the two of us, but it’s the perfect place for a family with kids-games, books, a ping-pong table, a basement with movies and parks within walking distance.Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved the property very comfortable walkable to town and the beach. Very close to the beautiful Sleeping Bear Heritage bike trail . Love Glen Arbor area

Great Location, close enough to walk to downtown stores and restaurants! Clean home. Just a couple things I wish we knew. The WiFi in the email was wrong but it's on the fridge. Regular coffee pot, not keurig (they did have filters). The bedroom with the full and 2 twins does show the picture the second twin pulls out from the other twin. We didn't end up needing it but I think it should be noted. Overall, you will not be disappointed. The basement had a ping pong table and a couch with TV. We didn't watch any TV. So I'm not sure how that all worked. But a nice hangout area for the kids and the park is just a short walk across the street with basketball and pickle ball for the teens to just walk to.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. Our stay was fantastic! Everything was clean, the vrbo had all the supplies we needed to cook dinner, do laundry. We loved the back patio with a view of the woods. Great location- close to sleeping Bear dunes.

Great getaway in Glen Arbor

We enjoyed a great quality stay in a well situated, well appointed and clean residence within easy walking distance to all the wonderful shops, restaurants and activities in Glen Arbor. Highly recommend.

In Town Gem

This was a perfect property if you want to walk to the beach, dinner, cocktails, park. It's all within a half mile. Perfect location, and property.

Good rental property!

Our family has been coming up to the Glen Lake area for 40 years and Dunes Trail is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Even though it is not on the lake the backyard is really nice. We will rent this property again.

This home has been nicely updated since our last stay. The rooms are spacious. The location is wonderful as it is an easy walk to town with nearby access to trails. Fire pit has plenty of wood, and laundry was great.

All that we expected

This met all expectations based on the listing. A peaceful hideaway located less than 5 minutes from the the towns. Host communication top notch with a very seamless pick up after hours and easy return. Property was clean and all amenities provided.

Secluded yet Convenient

Dunes Trail had everything we needed to make our autumn stay clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with the cookware we needed, and we enjoyed the easy functionality of TVs, Wifi, and the backyard firepit during our downtime. The property had a secluded, private feel to it being set back in the woods a little, yet we could still quickly and conveniently walk to restaurants and stores in Glen Arbor.

Nice

Inside well kept. Outside not will kept. Clean house. All amenities you’d want. Slight smoke smell. Hot water heater needed to be lit. Great location. Would stay again.
